T0715 for Epson printers

Advantages: cheaper to buy 4 but can also buy singly
Disadvantages: you have to look around for the cheapest as prices do vary

...The inks are Black T0711 Cyan T0712 Magenta T0713 Yellow T0714 Each pack comes in a vacuum wrapping and it is worth to not open until you need it. To use you just pull off the yellow strip and just drop it into your printer. It really is as simple as that. Instructions do say to shake the ink cartridge 4 or 5 times before putting it in but I have forgotten to do that and panic stations, but it made absolutely no difference that I could see but perhaps I was just lucky. These cartridges cannot be refilled and I have not yet seen any recycling place that it happy to receive them - probably just because they cannot be refilled. How long do they last? The suprisingly quick but refined Volvo C70 T5

Advantages: Very fast, suprisingly affordable
Disadvantages: Fairly rare, resprays

...I must admit that when a good friend of mine swapped his Mercedes 230 Kompressor for a Volvo C70 T5 I thought he'd made a bad judgement, this then went out of the window as soon as we got out on the road. The performance of the C70 T5 is frankly... suprisingly quick. The T5 (turbo) in the C70 automatic will outsprint most other (if not all) cars in its class, the 0-60 is in the low 6's, but remember this car is a sophisticated cruiser for business men rather than a boy racer from The Fast and the Furious. When pushed to the limit the car absolutely flies, I hadn't heard much about the T5 before this but for those who haven't I really recommend taking a look at them. ...***INTRO*** I bought my Epson stylus CX3200 3 in 1 about 1 year ago because I really needed a scanner with photocopying facilities (see my review). The inks are expensive £20 for a replacement is not unusual. Surprisingly the colour (T041) is more expensive than black (T040). I used the photocopying facility a little too much and now my black ink cartridge is dry. Something to watch for. The colour cartridge/inkjet uses a combination of 3 colours, yellow, cyan, magenta QuickDry ink and is ideal for photo colour from a digital camera or scanner. ***USE*** The CX3200 comes with an instruction manual and advice on how to use the cartridges. No cheating with this Epson Cheetah!

Advantages: Clear colours
Disadvantages: A bit pricey

...with Epson or Tesco now. I make cards for a hobby and print a lot of sheets for decoupage on Photo paper plus photographs for Scrapbooking which is another hobby, our printer is in use nearly everyday and whether I use ordinary paper, card or photo paper the results have always been excellent. Quote from the Epson website "Epson DURABrite Ultra ink gives simply perfect prints, whatever you're printing. Each ink particle is coated in resin, making it water-, smudge- and fade-resistant." I have to agree that newly printed photos have never smudged and so far nothing has faded. I am very pleased with the result and we get a lot of pages printed before replacing, unfortunately I can't say how many as it varies with what I'm printing. Volvo C70 2.4T GT Convertible Review

Advantages: Luxurious interior, good performance
Disadvantages: Pricey, Rattles begin to occur after ~30k miles

...are rattles and squeaks from time to time which I was slightly disappointed with. The car feels well planted on the road and accellerates well up to any speed necessary on our roads. The accelleration is so good in fact that when kicking down the front wheels often spin. This was rectified by fitting expensive tyres to the front wheels. On reflection, I would have spent the extra on buying the T5 version of the car as this returns roughly the same MPG rating but it also around 50 horsepower more powerful. Servicing costs as expected were very high but on a car like this it is no surprise. One thing which I was not expecting however was the fuel consumption, on average I get around 23MPG combined but this can fall to around 20MPG if I accellerate hard during the journey. C3 or not C3? Definitely not a C3!!

Advantages: Spacious, economical fuel consumption, looks good
Disadvantages: High repair and maintenance bills, unreliable, doesn't look so good on the back of a tow truck!

...climate, there is probably scope for some haggling. To be honest though, I wouldn't bother. No matter how much of a bargain you manage to get, it wouldn't be worth the long-term costs, not to mention all the time and trouble of taking this car to be repaired every five minutes. The appearance of this car is pretty much its only positive feature. I would say that it is economical to run but the repair bills far outweigh any savings in any other areas! To be fair to the C3, its fuel consumption is very good and it is cheap to insure and to tax. (My road tax cost £120 for the year but I understand that newer models fall under the £35 per year banner.) In spite of this, I can't bring myself to describe this car as being anything approaching 'good value for money.' Yes, it looks more expensive than the £7000 than I paid for my car from new six...
