JML Halogen Oven 1300 watt

Advantages: Speedy, versatile and excellent results
Disadvantages: Not available in the shops

...Faster than a conventional oven, 360 degree visibility without having to open a door. Amazing how much room there is, it can cook a large item of poultry and vegetables. Reduces the cooking tilme with a powerful fan assisted halogen heat. Food doesn't dry out and everything we have tried in it tastes better than a micrwave and even a conventional oven. Add to that the fact that it's rack system manages to ensure that food is never left to cook in fat and there is a self clean facility that removes any stuck on crumbs or fat. Unlike a microwave it browns food. Considering the fact that it can roast, grill and bake all for less than £50 and there is no better value kitchen appliance. ...I finally decided on this laptop after some research - I originally wanted a faster refurbished PC but realising the problems this could cause with overheating I opted for the Dell Pentium M 1.8Ghz. I got this in one of the regurlar deals they have online and in the paper, I wanted the Pentium M since it was known as a better processor which uses less battery. This is true, I paid £11 more for the extra power battery and it will last almost 5hrs! It has 512MB RAM, DVD +-RW, Wi Fi, Network/Modem, USB 2.0 etc... The computer seems perfectly fast for my needs, internet, email, word, basic film making and photos. It has got loads of preloaded software (Free trials, internet, photos etc...) which are really annoying, but once I got rid of the ones I didn't want it was great. VW BEETLE 1966 1300

Advantages: Great fun, a classic worth experiencing
Disadvantages: Needs maintenance, not easy to use as a daily driver

...I thought I'd write a review for all those VW fans out there who are thinking of buying their own classic vw beetle 1300. i bought my 1300 1966 bug (Ermintrude) 2 years ago, after looking for a year I found my perfect beetle. She was sea blue with a cream leather interior and restored. I have since had to sell my baby for financial reasons, but her purchase was something that I will never regret. They may not be fast or 100%reliable but the joy and fun of driving it is unbeatable. I wouldn't recommend a classic volkswagen to someone who doesn't know or good mechanic or works on cars themselves as they do need constant maintenance, but parts are good value and readily available. Advantages: cheaper to buy 4 but can also buy singly

...The inks are Black T0711 Cyan T0712 Magenta T0713 Yellow T0714 Each pack comes in a vacuum wrapping and it is worth to not open until you need it. To use you just pull off the yellow strip and just drop it into your printer. It really is as simple as that. Instructions do say to shake the ink cartridge 4 or 5 times before putting it in but I have forgotten to do that and panic stations, but it made absolutely no difference that I could see but perhaps I was just lucky. These cartridges cannot be refilled and I have not yet seen any recycling place that it happy to receive them - probably just because they cannot be refilled. How long do they last? I eventually used my IT Provider ( TCL Reprographics ) and they advised that this was the best option for the amount of money I had to spend. Enough about that let's get onto the printer. Firstly I was surprised how easy this was to set up, It was just a matter of unpacking the printer attaching it to the PC and away we went. This printer can print up to 19 pages per minute and has a 1200 x 1200dots per inch. It is a monochrome printer so no colour here, but that isn't what I bought it for. I used it for college work as the 1200dpi resolution, 19 pages per minute capability and the fact it is a laser printer meant that documents and diagrams looked very professional and came out a lot quicker compared to inkjet printers. Also, you can start print almost immediately after switching the printer on. The only down side to the print quality is when printing photos (but most people wouldn't be printing their photos in black and white anyway) they looked a bit grainy. The instruction manual is good but not really needed as I used the USB cable provided and Windows XP...
