...I use the T200 20" monitor at its' maximum resolution.The text displayed is very clear but a little on the small side. Most people would find the clarity of text more than adequate although I find I need to use the 'zoom' facility on my computer for some websites as I do have restricted vision. I found that I needed to make major adjustments to the default colour settings, and doing this can be quite complex and time consuming. However, once the desired colour balance was achieved I was more than satisfied with this aspect of the screen,.The settings can be 'locked' into position which is useful to prevent accidental changes being made. The controls are located on the right hand side of the screen and I found this a little awkward, especially as the writing which describes the function of each control is small and quite unclear...

Samsung T200HD, perfection in a television?

...I ordered this TV/Monitor for use in my bedroom - to be hooked up to a Sky+ box. In all honestly, my expectations were not high - I'm a bit of an AV buff and really didn't think that a sub £200 TV could cut the mustard...but boy was I wrong!! First step was obviously unpacking the set, where I found that everything was well packaged and also nicely laid out in the box so that I didn't have to go searching for different parts. After I had it all out and laid on the floor in front of me I grabbed the instruction sheet for assembling the stand - and the mind really did boggle. I know that written instructions often become a bit garbled when translated from a foreign language - but I can honestly say that I've never heard of pictures being lost in translation before! Advantages: Compact, Nice large touch-sensitive screen, Reasonable quality pictures

If you want to give a digital camera as a gift to someone, you could do far worse than this camera. Canon Powershot SX200 IS

Advantages: Lots of zoom, lots of pixels, sturdy
Disadvantages: No internal memory, flash pops up whether you want it to or not

...I bought this camera recently as I purchased a Canon EOS1000D DSLR and I wanted a compact digital with a large zoom for the times when I didn't feel like lugging the DSLR and all it's accessories around with me. Sony a200 - one of the best budget dslr cameras available.

Advantages: Great battery life, comfortable in the hands, picture quality.
Disadvantages: Flimsy memory card and remote release slot.

...Without going into a brief discussion into the basic difference between a TV and a computer monitor a review of Samsung SyncMaster T200HD will not only be incomplete but an injustice to a really great product engineered by Samsung. I have always had high regards for Samsung Monitors for computers and Samsung LCD TVs. But T2000HD is altogether a revelation. Basically both computer monitors and TVs perform the same job of presenting visual information to the viewer. But it requires a different technology to display text clearly, which is a priority for computer monitors. The distinct difference between a monitor and a TV is that the former does not require a tuner.
