Dyson DC25 Animal - Having A Ball!

Advantages: Large collecting bin and great suction!
Disadvantages: Not so Lightweight, and Power Cord could be longer.

My old vacuum worked perfectly and I was more than happy with it, but once it started emitting smoke during use, I knew it was time to purchase a replacement. I did a little internet research and as we have a cat, the animal dyson appeared to be our best option. I was intrigued by the "ball" by Dyson and went to Curry's to have a closer look. The handling of the Dyson Ball is very smooth and remarkably easy. Once you've released the locking mechanism that keeps it upright, the vacuum becomes very flexible. Dyson Ball DC25

Advantages: Very light and very manoeverable.
Disadvantages: Bit too light and moves around a lot.

...The Dyson DC25 all Floors vacuum cleaner is a revolution in houshold cleaning. Not only is very good at picking up small pieces of dust and dirt,but the filters are washable which makes it cheaper than some other types of cleaners. I love the way it manoevers around furniture and as it has a small and low head it can get under the edges of furniture as well as under my radiators. Something my old Dyson couldn't do. It's very light weight, weighing only 7.5kg so it makes hoovering upstairs that much easier. The only draw back of this weight is that when you are using the extension hose to clean furniture, curtains or to get behind things, i found that if stretched to it;s limit the machine would move around and has caught me in the ankles several times. This is a little annoying as i have had to stand with one foot...

Dyson DC25 - If you've got pets it's brilliant

Advantages: Manouvreable, easy to use.
Disadvantages: Quite expensive

...I have a number of pets (almost too many to count) that leave hair all over the house and after my vacuum cleaner gave up the ghost i started looking for a new one. I was originally drawn to the DC25 because of the fact it will pick up animal hair. After using it for the first couple of times i noticed that it had far better sucking power (alright that probably isn't the technical term) than any other vacuum cleaner i have ever owned. My carpet has never been so clean! It comes with all the attachments on board and they all have places to clip onto the vacuum which is a great thing for me as i usually put things down somewhere and completely forget where i put them. The amazing thing about it is that instead of having the typical standard four wheels it has a rolling ball mechanism which makes it so much more manouvreable...

fiesta mk5 1.25

Advantages: nippy and easy to drive
Disadvantages: not alot of leg room for rear passengers

...I bought this car just under a year ago second hand. Bought the car for 1100. The car is very nippy for a 1.25 engine, can keep up with the more powerful engines. The car is very nice looking inside and out. Plenty space in the boot. The space in the front is pretty good for a small car but the space in the back for the passenger isn't to good especially if you have a long legged person in the front. The cars a very reliable, not had any problems with mine and if you do need part you can get the fairly cheap from scrap yard, also the mk4 is very similar so alot of stuff can be used off them. Its easy to manoevre and park. Tax and insurance is low for this car as well, so this is good for the 1st time drivers or someone who needs a car to get them to work and back and to do sum shopping. ...I have owned a Discovery 2.5TDi from new since 2003 and consider now that I have enough experience to comment fairly on it. Good points 1. Excellent work horse. Can tow all day without noticing the load 2. Very comfortable and excellent seat movement 3. Makes you feel safe and secure Bad points 1. Very poorly designed dashboard layout. Most displays hidden by the steering wheel 2. Very badly positioned switches for electronic seat controls. You have to have needle thin hands and be a contortionist to use them 3. Poor electrics (especially the sun roof which has a mind of its own). and the worlds worst SAT Nav. You can buy a top of the range Garmin for less than the disc upgrade. Apple MacBook Pro Core 2 Duo 2.5 GHz - 17" TFT

At first glance you realise that it is a fairly large laptop, this allows for a big screen, which being an apple ffers clear vivid displays, unfortunatly the big screen increases the overal size and also uses more battery, however, the 4.5 hour yattery is still very good for an entertainment laptop. The laptops technical specs include a very fast 2.5 ghz dual core proccesor which is very fast, the dual core allows it to tackle multiple tasks quicly as well as increasing the overall speed of the laptop. WG111T = Waste of £25

Advantages: Looks nice......
Disadvantages: Everything that a wireless adaptor should do, it does badly.....

...with this 108mbs adaptor, and my router isnt even 10 metres away! All in all this is a waste of my £25, i would have much rather got the £10 cheaper WG111v2 for an easy life if i'd known. As i bought it off of ebuyer i cant take/send it back.......

It is the bog standard 5-door hatchback model and I had to get used to using window winders - my car has electric windows. She didn't want "anything fancy" she said. I found the car very quick for a 1.25, but it wouldn't pull the skin of a rice-pudding on some hills we encountered. Brakes were very good and steering quite repsonsive. The noise-levels were quite good at low speed, but there was a lot of road and wind noise at higher speeds on motorways. On the negative side, the gears were rather notchy and I had some difficulty engaging 4th and 3rd gear as I came down from 5th. Advantages: Practical, fun, camper, comfortable, easy to service.
Disadvantages: Upgrades are expensive, can be costly to run if you do ALOT of miles.

And if you look after it you should sell it pretty easily, for not much less than you bought for. This was my third VW. I thought about buying a T2 baywindow camper but after getting into one of these, I changed my mind! The T25/T3 is huge, in comparison. They're cheap..if you look at the other campervans, usually similiar year, milage and size you'll be spending thousands more! But why should you? Spares are easy to get, although up-grades are very expensive. So make sure if you want power steering+electric windows you buy it with the camper and not try to find someone who'll fit it for you, as it'll eat up your hard-earned cash.
