Sony Ericsson T280i: Simply Great Features at a Great Price

Advantages: Good value for money, reliable, plenty of extra features
Disadvantages: Picture messaging doesn't work on O2, only 10MB (non-expandable) memory

...Last week I bought myself a Sony Ericsson T280i (to replace my 6 year-old T610) for £19.10 at the Carphone Warehouse. Not that I'm plugging them, but this was a really good bargain, as I already had an 02 sim card I didn't need to pay the extra £10 top-up fee, so if anyone is in-store try to find a friendly assistant who will deal with this for you and save you a bit of money, because I don't believe you can do this ordering online. Right, down to the phone. I was lucky enough that they had the pink and silver version in stock (much prettier, I think, than the black & grey), and apparently these phones come already unlocked, though I haven't yet tried it with another sim (personally I have no need to at the moment). My Car - Mercedes E280 T Estate

Advantages: Smooth Drive, Service Warranty excellent, Comfortable and the engineering is top notch
Disadvantages: Interior a bit plain

The German manufacturing process is unrivalled. The fuel consumption is roughly 40 MPG. The ride is smooth and the car is spacious enough to get a double bed in, which I have done. It is also great for dogs in the back which we have 2, and they are contented to just sit and look out of the windows whilst travelling with space to move around. T0715 for Epson printers

Advantages: cheaper to buy 4 but can also buy singly
Disadvantages: you have to look around for the cheapest as prices do vary

...The inks are Black T0711 Cyan T0712 Magenta T0713 Yellow T0714 Each pack comes in a vacuum wrapping and it is worth to not open until you need it. To use you just pull off the yellow strip and just drop it into your printer. It really is as simple as that. Instructions do say to shake the ink cartridge 4 or 5 times before putting it in but I have forgotten to do that and panic stations, but it made absolutely no difference that I could see but perhaps I was just lucky. These cartridges cannot be refilled and I have not yet seen any recycling place that it happy to receive them - probably just because they cannot be refilled. How long do they last? ...I purchased a Kodak DC 280 camera in June and have found it to be easy to use and capable of producing excellent pictures. Anyone would be able to use it very quickly. The only criticisms have been stated as 'heavy on batteries' and 'heavy to hold' whilst this is true, the latter is, I think, an advantage; it is much easier to hold the camera still which is essential when taking indoor pictures without flash. It also seems more substantial and well made that feather-light cameras. It is heavy on batteries if you use the viewing window and forget to turn it off. But I feel the batteries do last a fair time. They charge quite quickly but it would be an advantage to carry a spare set. My camera came with 8 MB card (which only holds 12 pictures at best quality) but it is possible to purchase cards at double this capacity...

Sansa e280- cheaper alternative to the iPod?

...The Sansa e280 is a fantastic little MP3 player on first impressions. The player is stylish, and has a fantastic menu layout. However I must get the small amount of flaws out of the way first; the videos lack quality and are fuzzy, so if you want this especially for videos, maybe look at a Creative or an iPod. Also, album art is a bit tricky to add, which may be my computer's problem but I've seen other people online have a problem with it too. Apart from that, this product is superb. With it's 8GB of memory, a large music library can be added to it and taken around stylishly. Also, it has a nice photo function, and the photos look very high quality. All in all, it's a fantastic MP3 player in my opinion, just some niggling things that don't make it as fully accomplished as an iPod. But if you are looking for a cheaper alternative, go...
