This original album has the "rapper-tunred-singer", T-Pain show what he can do both as a prodcuer, and a singer with most of the vocals hadelled by auto-tuning for a robotic effect. He takes great influence from other well-known singers who used such voice manipulation, Roger Troutman, and Teddy Riley (for which the 'T' in his name is sometimes said to stand for), but he doesn't opt for the same Voice Box technology. 1. Pain relief without the medicine

Advantages: Heat, they work, discreet
Disadvantages: None

...they will keep on giving pain relief. The adhesive is said to be low irritancy and I didn't have a problem with it once I had peeled it off my skin. The pad actually came away really neatly and left no mess either like bandages tend to do. They have a flexible hinged design apparently that allows them to move with your body. This I found to be true also. When I was wearing it I did not feel like I was ripping it or moving it by myself moving in anyway which was nice. The pad warms up gradually and really does last for 8 hours. It has natural minerals in it that heat up when exposed to air, basically they activate when you open the sachet that they are stored in. I did find it quite amazing that all that time later it was still warm but it did definitely work. It says on the packet not to apply pressure on the pad once it is on the skin...

Advantages: Quick and effective in dealing with migraine and tension headaches.
Disadvantages: Make you incredibly drowsy. Codeine based medication so can become habit forming.

No Pain on this Beauty

Advantages: Energetic, upbeat, thought-provoking and just plain fun
Disadvantages: Maybe a bit girly?

The vocals are soft and delicate throughout this track despite the synthesiser and and sampling which adds depth to a very uncomplicated tune. The simplicity of the music adds impact to the lyrics which tell the story of anorexic girl struggling against their distorted view of themself and the pain this causes them. Provocative and emotive. Why be in pain you don't need to be in?

This is NOT the time for a massage, how is someone stroking my back going to take this pain away? But, it did help. A LOT. I became reliant at my mum massaging my back throughout contractions and was screaming at her if she stopped for a second or if she didn't get her hands on my back the INSTANT a contraction came on. Disadvantages: It can change your life but not for the better.

Pain is NOT weakness leaving the body, but a warning to you that you have a problem. Pain that affects a part of the body but does not have a readily identifiable source can become a problem in itself. This can cause quite a disruption in your quality of life.
