...I first saw the new Arsenal shirt in a newspaper a couple of weeks before the new season started. I thought that it looked pretty good. It looked a lot different from the previous season, and this is mainly because they use two very different main colours in the shirts. In the previous season, Arsenal wore the redcurrant shirt, but with this shirt, they have gone back to the traditional red and white colours on the shirt. I saw the shirt being modelled by a few Arsenal players in a poster, and it was this that made me want to buy it. It just looked so cool, and also back then I was a huge Arsenal fan, so I dipped into my pocket money savings and went to the nearest JJB store and bought it. ...I have only been living in Portsmouth for just over a year now after moving down here from Southend in Essex. I have always been a true Southend fan and used to attend matches regularly each weekend as well as traveling up and down the country to see many of their away matches everywhere from Bournemouth to Swansea. Advantages: STYLISH YET SIMILAR COLOURS TO OLD SHIRTS - QUALITY PRODUCTION

...As an avid Manchester City supporter from as far as I can remember I have owned every seasons home shirt and even picked up a few away shirts en route. The only problem I could find with this shirt is on the inside left hand side of the shirt - the back of the badge which irritates the nipple when running or jogging or imitating your favourite City players. The shirt has a sleek round neck design with white and black bands around the shoulder area. The front and back of the shirt has a small detail to it which makes it stand out but I must admit it stands out more when your outside in the wet. ...I was bought the Barcalona football shirt as a present it is made by Nike and I would expect a good quality from this brand. Not so the shirt is feather light and is very hard to wash, on the tab in the shirt it says dont not lay ontiself after washing, wash with same colours and do not use softeners,probably because the colours may run into each other. Also you are not supposed to iron this shirt, for a couple of reasons one it may melt and two could stick to your iron, it has a very plasticy feel. I also read on the tab it says keep away from fire!, without doubt we do this with all our clothes, but I find myself thinking this shirt would melt very very easily. The material is more plasticy/nylon/polyester than anything probably to aid the lightness but it isnt very durable, it could rip easy as we see many times watching... Read review

...to be the Reebok kit featured in this reviw. Whilst I will review that specific kit I feel it is needed to review football kits in general also! The Kit This kit is very nice. If you have seen the latest away shirt you will know it is completely different and no longer made by Reebok. This kit has a very simple colour scheme that I love. It has a charcoal mesh like material as the main colour. The underarms are white and there is a traditional sky blue trim. The collar is also white. The quality of the material is very good. As of yet I have no pulls or tears in it and I have been active in it for over a year! The mesh has a very subtle pattern in it that makes it very original. I like how its no the most obvious thing in the world but still gives it a superior look compared to a shirt without the effect. It is a very lightweight shirt... Read review

...I was bought from JJB, the Ladies England Home shirt for my birthday in October 05. My fiance had J Cole 11 printed on it by JJB. I was delighted with the present and loved the feel of it. The material is great, the cut is very flattering for ladies and I was proud of the shirt, especially with the name of my favourite international on the back. I washed the shirt by hand and I noticed little blue bits from the lettering had gone onto the white shirt. The problem wasn't that bad and I expected it to come out in the next wash so I didn't complain to JJB at the time. I hardly wore the shirt as I was saving it for the World Cup. ...Ok, first things first, I have no idea why this is listed as a Kappa kit. It is made by Puma as Kappa made the older Thomsons kit. Right, now thats out of the way, on with the review. Being a Spurs fan since 1981 I've had numerous kits down the years from manufacturers including Le Coq Sportif, Hummel, Adidas, Umbro and Kappa. All of these shirts at the time seemed great but only when newer styles come out do you realise the design flaws in them (the Kappa one for example was skin tight which looks great on a skinny Aaoron Lennon but not so on anyone like me with a bit of a porky belly). Anyway, I decided to treat myself to the new Puma-Mansion kit in April of this year. We had had a good season and it had been a couple of years since I had bought the home shirt. ...The 06/07 manchester united shit is a sleek, stylish design which is very lightweight and confortable. While you are running around playing football you will feel like a true football player with this shirt, you will be the envy of the school, your friends will be jealous. Were wondering what aig is while i was talking to you? well anyway it stands for American International Group, an American insurance corporation. in case i didnt mention i own this shirt and find it very confortable and fun to play in. the gold rim around your neck does not rub around your neck. ...Well, Athletico Madrid are one of the main football teams in Spain and are a good team. If you are a supporter of Athletico Madrid then I would recommend buying this as it is a cheap shirt to buy. However even if you are not an Athletico Madrid football fan and you just enjoy collecting football shirts then this is also another one to get your hands on. The material is climacool which makes things much easier if you are planning to play football in this football shirt. This is a shirt that helps you keep cool as you play and is not irritating like other football shirts such as the collars etc. Overall I would recomment this football shirt to anyone who likes football or supports Athletico Madrid.
