Advantages: Big boot, Good motorway cruise missile, suprised in how cheap parts are. Disadvantages: A bit thirsty, ride quality a bit soft. keep grouding on speed humps.
...is quite good on the motorway, very quiet, smooth but it gets a bit wishy washy on the back roads. I do find that on the sport models the ride hight is low and i am forever scraping over speed humps and kerbs causing a bit of damage to the nappy under the engine which does come loose if you don't keep an eye on it, and is a part of the cars aerodynamics. So make sure it's got one before you buy. Also check the suspension bushes on high mileage one's this can be expensive and there is a lot of them on the passat.
The engine is a 1.8, 20 valve, Turbo charged unit which develops around 150bhp, its the same engine the Audi TT which runs at 225bhp. So the engine isn't under to much stress. The power is good, but i do find that it needs a bit of reving to get it goin...
Advantages: Gripping Story line, Unique Actors Disadvantages: Ability to Confuse
...V for Vendetta, an action thriller not restricted to the confines of the stereotypical good guy/ bad guy image, no, this film is much much more.
Okay so first of all we recognise that this is going to be slightly more confusing than your average movie as it is written by the makers of the matrix. This does however present us with an exciting prospect, can this really be as good as the matrix?
In truth, yes it can. With stars such as Hugo Weaving, John Hurt, Natalie Portman and Stephen Fry V is an exciting fast paced thriller which actually presents the viewing audience with something to think about whislt watching stuff get blown up, cant ask for more really.
The movie is adapted from the 1980's graphic novel by David Lloyd and Alan Moore, we are transported to a futuristic fascist Britain ruled over by the 'Supreme Chancellor...

Review of V for Vendetta
Advantages: Spacious, economical to run with good handling. A fun ride. Disadvantages: See text of opinion.
...interesting. We tried harnessing them, but getting two dogs who don’t want to be harnessed into the car in a public place isn’t easy. I then read about someone who’d been killed whilst driving a car when the person behind her was catapulted into her neck when she braked suddenly. As the car was due for a change we decided to look at either an estate car, or a sports utility vehicle, as I believe they’re called, so that we could fit a dog grid.
We looked at the RAV4 first, but it didn’t handle well, and the dogs would have had to go on a diet to get in the back comfortably. The CR-V wouldn’t necessarily have been the next choice, but we spotted this one, aged six months, with automatic transmission which I need, and at a considerable discount. We drove it and liked it, and the dogs gave their consent, so...

Review of Honda CR-V
Advantages: good initial suction, good basic nozzle, useful TurboTool Disadvantages: poor dusting/upholstery brush; unnecessary permanent tool caddy on the tube; short life
...Vax V062 Ultrixx Cobalt is a variable power 1800W bagless cylinder vacuum with a HEPA filter. It comes with a floor combi head for carpets & hard floors as well as Vax TurboTool and crevice & brush tools.
As far as the spec goes it was pretty much what I was looking for after 2 years of using crappy landlord-provided machines before. A cylinder because I don't have acres of empty floor space to vacuum but I have to go round a lot of stuff from furniture to baby items to toys to computer peripherals. Bagless to save on consumables and as much power as possible within a relatively small budget. A good filter seemed worth paying a bit extra for, and a washable one means another saving in the future. Extra tools/nozzles are obviously useful for sofas, stairs and floor edges.
As usual with small and medium appliances I bought mine as...
Advantages: fast, big, good looking list goes on. Disadvantages: fuel consumption, rear suspension, seats, light steering.
...Why did I sell this car!
I bought a passat because I needed a bigger car. I have always been into volkswagons so I know alot about the engines e.t.c.
I started out by looking at the tdi to be sensible but saw a 1.8 20v on ebay which I payed £2200 for.
My first suprise was how quick the car was, I knew it was 1.8 turbo but its a big car (bigger than some parking spaces). The fist few days i was driving it i was like a loony, how could a car this big go this fast. I then proceeded to take all my freinds out in it who were equally amazed. This car would give my golf gti a run for its money.
After zooming the car around i realised i was going to the petrol station a hell of a lot, but i didn't mind cos i felt great when i was driving. You know the feeling you get when you are driving around in a nice car you are proud of...
Advantages: Strong story, good performances Disadvantages: Not as action packed as some may want
...deal more emotion than most blockbusters of its genre.
EVEY: Evey is a complex character played by Natalie Portman in this film. She harbours anti-government thoughts as her parents both died in Belmarsh prison at the hands of the government. Yet at the same time, she works for BTN which is a tool of the government and is used to cover up V's destruction of the Old Bailey as a 'planned demolition'. As the film progresses, she becomes aware of the depth of the corruption in the government and the oppression of people on the grounds of their sexual orientation, religion and many other factors that don't fit in with the Norsefire worldview. She also realises that she cannot trust anyone but herself and grows in courage and boldness. This part is played beautifully by Natalie Portman who is engaging and credible as a young woman struggling...

Review of V for Vendetta
Advantages: Easy to use, looks great, easy to slide in pocket!!! Disadvantages: The battery doesnt last long enough and its really fragile!!!
...of recording video, all of these brilliant functions are built in to an incredibly sleek and attractive package so if it is looks and technology that appeals to you then the V3 is certainly the phone for you.
PRACTICALITY
I enjoy using my V3. Its packed full of all the functions that i need, its attractive and its menus and settings are all very simple and easy to use, at first glance it seems like the perfect handset but after further inspection i discovered that is isn't exactly perfect. I dont always feel that it is all that practical for day in day out use, the model i have is the black version of the V3 which unfortunately has been used so much that the outer plastic at the top of the phone has cracked, this could be expected had the phone been dropped but this is just from day to day usage so if you do use your phone alot it would be...

Review of Motorola V3
Advantages: zillion Disadvantages: might get you tired (but so might staying at home)
...These are my answers to the inspiring travel questionnaire, set by MALU .
HOW MANY TIMES A YEAR DO YOU TRAVEL?
Well, it does depend a little bit on what you define as travelling. Assuming anything which either involves an overnight stay or crossing a border or a trip over 150 km or.... er, I am getting muddled up in definitions, aren't I? But it is such a vague thing, really. Maybe it is my non-native speakerness (if such a thing exists) but I am not sure what would count.
I have a fairly explorative approach to a lot of places, even places I live in. The fact that I lived in two countries which is not that special, but also in 8 cities/towns (I will not count flats) between 1998 and 2003 probably contributed to my feeling of having travelled more than I strictly did in the sense of going away and then coming back home again...
Advantages: Easy to use and some nice features Disadvantages: Battry life is not the best
...with the handset closed.
Multimedia
I have never tried to send a photo by text as I'm not sure how to but I don't think that is the V3's fault. I have never conencted to the internet as I tried this on a previous phone and didn't find it very useful. Why look at such a small screen to get a little information when I have almost 24/7 access to a 17" TFT monitor.
Games
The games are Java powered and there is the possibility of download more games, I have tried the games supplied and after ahile your eyes get straied.
things I don't like about the V3
* The glass breaks if you drop the phone on a stone floor (I guess thats not really a design fault), the broken glass is still in place but I'm sure it will fall out one of these days.
* the glass easily gets marked with finger prints and I'm forever cleaning them off.
9/10
I...

Review of Motorola V3
Advantages: A Performance Bargain, VW Qaulity, Practicallity Disadvantages: Watch those speed traps ;-)
...If you are looking to buy a hot hatch, or even a family hatch with that little bit extra, then this has got to be on your shortlist. I'm going to talk about the reasons why.
Firstly the car is incredibly fast. 0-60/mph in 7.2 seconds and loads of mid range grunt make driving easy. As I come away from a roundabout and put my foot down in 3rd I cannot help but smile as the front wheels scramble for traction. The push from the turbo is just incredible, this 1.8 20V Turbo engine produces 180BHP at 5500rpm with such fluidity. Its almost as if there is a higher force involved.
A big plus point for this car is the styling. It looks very menacing - managing to look fast when it's not even going anywhere. It comes as standard with 5 spoke 17" Alloys, Cupra bodykit and cool all-honeycomb front grills (even the Cupra R misses out a bit here...
