I also upgraded the video card for around £100, but then you've got a good processor, high enough RAM to run Windows Vista and good games and also a good graphics card to be able to play games at higher resolutions, but still the computer and the upgrades is a lot less expensive than buying a better PC. Acer is a good brand and have been getting better over the years and they do built inexpensive, but good quality machines. My Aspire T120e did me very good for a number of years and is still going strong with someone else. The only bad point is the rubbish speakers (although nicely powered by USB so no need for an extra power socket) mine never worked out of the box, but I wouldn't use them anyway cos they don't have much power.
