Advantages: Tourmaline plates give better protection to hair Disadvantages: None except price
...£100+!) I checked out the details with SDLhair, who distribute this make. I spoke to a very helpful lady who confirmed that yes, it really was all true, the T3 is the latest and best model. The plates contain Tourmaline crystals which are crushed into the ceramic plates enabling them to produce a higher level of negative ions. Tourmaline is an expensive precious stone which apparently posseses unique ionic and infrared properties giving the hair a shinier and healthier finish! Well that did it for me, so I tracked down the best deal on the internet with Salonlines.co.uk...£155 for a T3 Mark 2, 1" pair of straighteners and....errm....the matching T3 hairdryer..well I had to get the matching hairdryer!.. and it's brilliant too, but this review is about the straighteners.

Review of T3 Straightener
Advantages: The best on the market! Brilliant job on any type on hair. Disadvantages: Quite expensive but worth it (I think anyway)
...a frizzy mess anyway!
Then I tried a friends GHD's and thought they were the best ever, the answer to my prayers! So I went on a hunt for the cheapest offer, this took a few months but whilst looking I stumbled across an advert for the latest innovative hair straighteners on the market; the T3 tourmaline wet-to-dry.
I didn't know anyone with these straighteners but I really liked the sound of them, especially the fact you can just jump out of the shower and straighten from wet. I read up on them and everything said was very positive. I know they are expensive (almost £100) but I was gonna spend that much anyway on the GHD's.
So, my hunt started again but this time for the T3 iron. It didn't take long for me to find a good offer.
I waited a couple of days for them to arrive and when they did I wasn't disappointed.
I tried them that day...

Review of T3 Straightener
Advantages: Brilliant results, Temperature dial, Light, Easy to use. Disadvantages: They are so good that you won't want to be without them!
...I was a little confused when trying to decide which ceramic straigheners to buy. At first I was going to go for GHD as they are a very popular brand....However don't follow the crowd, try T3 Tourmaline straighteners by HairArt.
These straighteners are made from 100% crushed Tourmaline mineral. Which in the words of 'Jasonshankey.co.uk' means:
'A precious stone, Tourmaline works by
itself, just like a magnet. It naturally emits
the most negative ions and infrared heat possible.
This means you get the best results, and
the silkiest, shiniest, healthiest hair imaginable. Guaranteed.'
I certainly get silky and shiney hair after using these straighteners, and apparently Tourmaline straighteners are less damaging on the hair than normal ceramic straighteners (like GHD). Therefore this is one thing that makes these straighteners...

Review of T3 Straightener
Advantages: All my 'techy' interests in one spot Disadvantages: Only 120 pages of real articles for £3.50
..., with the upsurge of mp3 music files, downloadable from the web, it becomes a distinct possibility to store a whole record collection of CDs on one PC hard disk, which when linked through its sound card to your hi-fi won?t sound too shabby, compared to the originals. I know my lounge would look a damned sight larger (and tidier) if it wasn?t for 600 CDs on racks.
Whilst magazines like What HiFi and PC Advisor touch on these subjects, they only really skirt around the edge.
During this past week, I?ve been relaxing in North Norfolk, and in between bouts of bird watching, reading ? anything that comes to hand.
This included the March edition of T3, short for Tomorrow?s Technology Today, a magazine that I have only bought once before. I?d bought this copy it a while ago, forgot about it, rediscovered it and took it with me, ?just in case...
Advantages: Don't damage your hair, easy and light to use, 2 year guarantee Disadvantages: None that I can think of
...I've just got to tell you about T3 Straighteners they are the best straighteners I've ever had. My hair is quite thick and about shoulder length and my GHD's just could not cope with it and damaged my hair quite badly. The ghd's also went bust twice in 6 months and it was a nightmare getting them replaced...their after sales service is terrible.
My hairdresser uses T3 Straighteners and hair dryers and she recommended I use them she told me that lots of hairdressers have now changed to them because they are so kind to the hair and more reliable than any of the others.
They do cost more than some of the others but these are professional straighteners that are guaranteed for 2 years and have floating plates and are just beautiful to look at in black with white plates and diamonte studs in the handle. They are also really light...

Review of T3 Straightener
Advantages: QUICK. EASY, DOES NOT DAMAGE HAIR Disadvantages: ABIT PRICEY, TAKES A WHILE TO COOL DOWN
...When my KODO straighteners were dropped and the ceramic plate cracked, they still worked but where my hair was catching in them was becoming quite painful so I set about to purchase some new straighteners and phoned every local hair salon for advice where I received differant info. from each but ghd and t3 were two of the most frequently mentioned. Both similarily priced at around £105- £120, although I was told that T3 were GHD's replacement but I do not know how true this is. I looked through as many reviews and web sites as I could find comparing the two and eventually spoke to a lovely lady on Salonlines who said both makes were much the same except t3 were newer and because of the ions were quicker and far kinder to your hair and with a 2 year guarantee I went for them and received them the following day! Beware of where you...

Review of T3 Straightener
Advantages: Practical, fun, camper, comfortable, easy to service. Disadvantages: Upgrades are expensive, can be costly to run if you do ALOT of miles.
...I've use to only own VW's, one reason for this is other VW users are always friendly, parts are easy to buy and cheap, as long as you know where to look. And if you look after it you should sell it pretty easily, for not much less than you bought for.
This was my third VW. I thought about buying a T2 baywindow camper but after getting into one of these, I changed my mind! The T25/T3 is huge, in comparison. They're cheap..if you look at the other campervans, usually similiar year, milage and size you'll be spending thousands more! But why should you? Spares are easy to get, although up-grades are very expensive. So make sure if you want power steering+electric windows you buy it with the camper and not try to find someone who'll fit it for you, as it'll eat up your hard-earned cash.
I bought a Holdsworth conversion, left sliding...

Review of Volkswagen Bus T3
Advantages: Supersleek straight hair, or you can add texture.. Versatility! Disadvantages: At 210C you've got to be very careful where you put these!
...!
I have owned these straighteners for about a year and a half and they have lasted longer than any other pair that I've owned. They are very dureable, and the heat mat provided makes them ideal to travel around with. The swivel-cable also helps to stop you tearing the wires out when you're trying to smooth out difficult spots!
Also, in my year and a half of using them my hair is still very smooth! Used with the correct products they don't dry out your hair, and even at 210C my hair has seemed to benefit from the tourmaline plates. The quality of the straightened hair is very good - it stays as you have styled it for hours, and the hair is also left smooth and frizz free which can be a problem found with other straighteners.
Price however is the biggest downfall of this product. Of course you are paying for quality, and it is almost...

Review of T3 Straightener
...T3 I have to give it to this magazine, it’s brilliant. Really living up to it’s slogan “Tomorrow’s Technology Today”. After a long time of waiting I finally got the subscription I wanted with this magazine from a friend of mine who owns a shop.
Every issue I’ve had so far as had the latest technology, ratings and loads more.
Although this magazine seems only available through subscription or via ordering it at your local newsagents, at £3.25 a month it’s really worth it. You’ll be ahead of everyone else technology wise in no time.
One Thing I am Disappointed in, is the way they mostly only seem to review Tv equipment, Audio equipment and Mobiles. They don’t seem to have much on anything else, although they are starting to get into the robot’s and digital cameras quite...

Review of T3 - Magazine
Advantages: Great range fo features, great accesories, reliable brand Disadvantages: Very expensive compared to other heart rate monitors
...become more difficult.
I was still using the monitors on the gym equipment but the results used to vary so much. I found that doing the same program for the same amount of time on the same machine would give different results every time. The results didn?t differ by a small amount. The results were vastly different.
After a lot of reading about loads of different heart rate monitors from loads of different manufacturers, such as Polar, Suunto and Garmin amongst many others I decided to opt for a Suunto T3, which was not the cheapest and basic but it definitely is not at the top end either. It is described as ?the ideal heart rate monitor for casual use?.
****What is it?****
The Suunto T3 is a training aid consisting of a watch and heart rate belt that measures your performance whilst carrying out any sports activity including...
