...The great thing about NAD is it simplicity. Accross its hole range it's really easy to use. The greyish texture is still carried on in the DVD range. The T550 has all the features of its competitors, Dolby Digital decoder, coxial and optical digital output (for those of us that want to have DTS decoding through the reciever), and two seperate RCA outputs for left and right stero mixdown. The NAD comes with a Scart video connection and both composite and S-Video connections. However for people living out of Europe it would be better it get the US manufactured version. Features aside it's when you start lisening to music CD's that you notice the great sound qualities of the T550. The only other downside is the T550 will not play back either CD-R/CD-RW. ...Ive had my Kodak T550 for about a year now and I can honestly say I’m very happy with it, It’s relatively cheep to purchase and has several really useful features that you would often find on more expensive cameras. There are several setting for the flash allowing you adjust for light in a variety of situations, e.g. Indoors, scenery etc. It also has the benefit of reduced red eye due to he position of the flash. The T550 comes with a timer so that you are able to take self pic's, and a time and date option. The power usage of this camera is excellent, as I have had the product for over a year and am still on the original battery. All in all the T550 is a very good camera for the price.... Read review

...I purchased this receiver to match my NAD T550 DVD player as part of my Home Cinema set-up. The first impression on removing it from the box was that it looked more like a piece of military equipment than hi-fi. The unit is quite heavy for it's size but is easily moved around on the hi-fi rack. The provided instructions take the form of a book. Extremely comprehensive! I spent hours reading them! This, in itself, could be a little off-putting for a complete novice. However, if you persist, there is a full explanation on every single function available. Connecting up was very straight forward. The power cord is not the detachable type (like a kettle) but is built in to the receiver so you cannot swap it for a upgrade.
