...I bought my T68 on orange a month and 4 days ago, i chose talk plan everytime 400 and got the handset for free from carphone warehouse, they pricematched a website and gave me £30 for a 3210... ( the website for those interested http://www.e2save.com/index2.php )
The phone is great as others have described, i find offline emails great, call quality and battery life better than the 6210, and the phone is just so much more interesting, with hidden games and menus. Tetris can be hours of fun and the new MMS messageing with sound and images will be great as soon as uk networks support it. The only bad thing i have found about the phone is that i can not submit highscores using wap but that is no big loss and i would not like to drop the phone, dont think it would bounce as well as the 6210!
Yesterday i noticed the speaker started...
Advantages: Small lightweight & colour screen Disadvantages: Keys a bit small
...I got fed up with my last phone and wanted something more up to date. The Sony Ericsson T68i seemed to have the all the features I wanted.
Aswell as all the normal phone features: sms, ems(enhanced messaging system), its got the funky mms (multimedia messaging system) which means you can send animated colour messages with text and sound. Its much better than plain old sms.
The other fun stuff are themes and pictures. You can add themes (like p.c. picture themes), which are available on many websites free, and even make your own if you download the free software.
Pitures can be added also (101x80 pixels, 256 colour gifs) so you can customize your phone to suit you. If you have an infra-red output from your p.c, bluetooth or the connecting/data lead for the phone (which you can buy) you could add the photo...

Review of Sony Ericsson T68i
Advantages: Large clear screen amazing features Disadvantages: text messaging can be slow
...Ive had my T68 for 1 year now and havent come across a phone to beat it in terms of features or looks.
The T68 Comes as standard with the option to have one picture stored as a background, however if you take the phone to a Nokia Shop or Carphone warehouse they will upgrade the phone within 2 hours to that of a t68i for free!, so it has a much more advanced memory for storing more pictures, sound recordings etc.
*Note all new T68s come with T68i upgrade software already installed so there is no need to take to a Nokia or Carphone Warehouse store
The T68 has the following features:
- Massive phonebook with photo descriptions, personalised ringtones, Personalised digital sounds, all voice activated
- SMS Messaging with Multi Languages, Predictave Text
- MMS Messaging
- E-MAIL, CHAT, AREA INFO
- Calls, Text & Data...

Review of Ericsson T68
Advantages: Packet with features! Loads of accesories you can buy for it! Disadvantages: Scratches easily. This can be easily avoided just by buying a cover.
...Hi Everyone :D
I love this phone!
It has everything I need on it.
Fantastic bargin if you can buy it somewhere for under £70. Mine cost me £60 off Ebay. I highly recommend searching it up on Ebay as prices range between £30 - £70.
Personally, I think that it is one of Sony Ericsson's best models. It looks nice, feels nice and costs less than most other phones!!!!!
Compared to some of the latest models S E have come out with, I still think this is the best value for money. Most of them look like small bricks!!!! However the T68i doesn't. No offence to anyone who has a T610 but the T68i has nearly as many features as it and looks much cooler!
Some accesories you can buy for under £20 include:
- A clip on camera
- A clip on mp3 player
- A clip on radio
- A bluetooth remote controlled car
I have saved myself...
Advantages: Cool colour, utility based, great games, alot of internal memory Disadvantages: slow response time, back ground can only be static and 256 colours
...I am so sorry for my first mistake now I have filtered my opinion and removed all the ?taken from website? stuff from this opinion please do rate it again. Thanks

AFFORDABILITY
Bought my T68i in Phones4u (Glasgow) and got a 1 year contract for it. It cost me nothing they gave it to me for free in return I pay them £16+ per month plus I got 600 mins free offpeak time and 50 messages free. The only thing that I regret was that I bought it when it was about 2 months old in Glasgow and now they are having offers such as giving away the phone + the communicam for free for any contract seekers.
DURABILITY
Don't know how many number of times I accidentally dropped the phone onto the floor but it is still in tip-top condition even the casing is not damaged. The only scary thing about the durability is that the joystick...

Review of Sony Ericsson T68i
Advantages: small, colour screen, no aerial Disadvantages: no mobile java, can be slow to respond
...The T68i was the first MMS (Multimedia Messaging) phone released in the UK. SonyEricsson had a head start on Nokia who rolled theirs out later. MMS means that not only can it send text messages, but also sounds and pictures. Surprisingly for a first, this phone is small, light and feature-packed. But at the the end of the day, it is just a phone, and although I am a bit of a gadget freak, I don't like technology for the sake of it. Fortunately, the T68i has a good mix of useful and fun features.
I'll admit to going for this model because it was small and shiny (obeying my crow-like male instincts). Compared to my old phone, which was large and black (like a burnt brick), the draw was irresistible. I can put this phone in my pocket without getting funny looks or skewering myself with the aerial when I sit down. The free camera included...
Advantages: Has bluetooth, infa red, colour screen and good menus Disadvantages: Colour screen is only 256 colours so quality is't great, no polyphonic ringtones or java
...This is the first sonyericsson phone i have ever owned. After 3 nokia's (3310, 7110, 3510) i wanted a colour phone. My mate has the t68 which is a good phone, so i decided to get the t68i which is the next phone up.
The phone has some impressive features including, bluetooth, infa-red, wap, gprs, mms and email. The menu on the phone is also very well laid out, with little pictures for each of the sub menus. This is one part of the phone which i much prefer over nokias. The phone also has a joystick, which after a couple of hours of use makes it very easy to navigate through the phone. There are also lots of little extras which you don't get on a nokia, like an sms counter, which shows how many sms's you have sent, and extra battery information like how many minutes standby time you have left, which is much more accurate then...

Review of Sony Ericsson T68i
Advantages: Stunning looks and brilliant functions Disadvantages: Sluggish and complete with a terrible battery life
...My brother gave me this phone (Ericsson T68). He bought it for around £300 (SIM free) when it first came out. He became bored of it and bought a Nokia. Don?t get me wrong I love the phone because of its looks and features, but unfortunately it lacks in terms of battery life and speed.
The phone looks brilliant; it has a smooth rubber-like back that helps it to prevent scratches when put down somewhere. This back also helps the phone to stay still when the vibrate function is on ? else you could find your phone falling off the table! The shape of the phone has been designed well and it fits in your hand like a treat. Small phones are all the rage these days and this phone is defiantly small, measuring under 10cm in length and 4.5cm in width. The weight is also impressive, to the point where you almost don?t realise that you are holding...

Review of Ericsson T68
Advantages: It is small and compact. Disadvantages: Not all of the features always work.
...I received the Sony Ericsson T68i for a birthday
from my parents. I was so excited becuase I had wanted a new mobile for a long time. When I ripped off the wrapping paper and saw what the gift was I was so happy. I left on to charge while I opened the rest of my presents. When the battery had charged I turned it on on the quality of the colours on the screen was excellent. The menu looks exellent and is very well animated. It is very easy to use and the user manual is very helpful. The phone has loads of great features and great games. It is also good because it is small and compact. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good quality mobile....
Advantages: Fantastic Functionality Disadvantages: Currently slow at writing text messages
...What to do? The T68i is being released soon by SonyEricsson it offers much more than the current T68m by way of picture support and it is also faster within menus because of newer Firmware (software on the phone). This and the look of the phone are the only difference between them.
The good news is that for people with the T68m is that they can go to any Ericsson service point and have the software on the phone upgraded for free.
Ericsson are actually charging more for the T68i than the T68m so if you are happy with the look of the T68m i'd suggest you go for that then get the software upgraded for free.
You will gain these functions from the T68i when upgrading the software:
Multi-media messaging.
Picture Album with increased memory allocation for images.
Sound Browser (List of sounds stored in the phone, i.e. e...
