...Drontal make worming tablets for both cats and dogs. Make sure you give the right sort to your animal as therwise they wont be effective. The tablets for dogs can be easily hidden in their food or a treat. However the cat tablets are too big for this. If your cat is hard to give tablets to, then you are probably better off finding the "spot on" wormers. Drontal tablets are available from vets as well as online vet retailers. They are easy to buy and are inexpensive, approx £1.50 per tablet. Drontal tablets erradicate Tapeworm and Roundworm effectively. However no cuurent worming tablets can kill the worm larva, so it is important to regularily worm your pets, especially if they have had worms recently.... Read review

...Tablets??? Why tablets??? I find they dont do a proper job on the washing. They either leave it dirty or too soapy. The only reason I bought them was because you have to send away for an aerialette before you can use liquid!!! See one of my other stories for that debacle. I would not buy these again as they do a crap job. I would seriously doubt the turn out of my load when I put these tablets in the drum. Stick to powder or liquid for your washing needs and use tablets for curing headaches.... Read review

...I only bought a dishwasher a couple of months ago but I have had the same problem as my fellow dishwasher users in trying to find a tablet that; a) cleans well b) agrees with my dishwasher From my testing I found that finish tablets were the best. A common misconseption of the dishwasher tablets are that they are mearly compressed washing up liquid but the truth is that the tablets have multipurposes that enable a quality of cleaning that the liquid cannot achieve. Dishwasher tablets clean easily all the grease off my cutlery and crockery and the finish tablets do this the best out of all of them and they don't leava any smudges on the glass items! I strongly recommend that any one with a dishwasher should use finish tablets!... Read review

...Being a bargain hunter and value for money and all that I saw Bold Aqua Tablets on special offer in our local Kwik Save store the other day. New Bold Aqua 2 in 1 tablets - 28 tablets with 4 extra free for the value price £2.79p. When you take the washing out of the machine you can visualise yourself like the fella on the advert "smelling the fresh clothes - well his Y Fronts anyway - and the smell is very noticeable. Good value and excellent cleaning power. This tablet is not the one that you put in the net in with your washing but in the drawer and I have always thought that if the tablet was in your machine it would wash better ( I suppose due to the fact that the tablet is hands on!!) but I was pleasantly surprised to see that this was better. ...There are some products at Lidl that are awful but thier dishwasher tablets are not one of them. If you are normally washing light to medium soiled crockery and utencils these tablets are definately suitable for the job and about half the price of the other brand or store tablets. The only problem I have found is that my local Lidl store does not always have them in stock so it is a bit hit and miss but I do recommend bulk buying because they are cheap, the packs are smaller than most other tablets and you won't be dissapointed.... Advantages: An easy way to administer a tablet
Disadvantages: The dog occassionally spits out the tablet

...If anyone reading this opinion has tried to give a dog medication in the form of a tablet will know that it is often impossible to do with out alot of resitance. I may have the answer and it involves a small bag of treats which are marketed under the name of "Schmackos Dog trats with Chicken". I do not mean the strips but the round ones with holes in the middle. A bit like a polo mint! These treats allow the tablet to be placed in the middle and the treat is swallowed before the dog realises what it contains. The trick is to give them another one straight after the medication. One to clear any after taste from the tablet and two, they then think that it is just a treat and are happy to eat them again without associating them with medicine. ...Like many others, I first started using Fairy tablets after discovering one of my children suffered from eczema. Advertised as Pure and Gentle, the tablets live up to their description. With the logo of the baby intimating that the tablets are gentle enough for a babies sensitive skin. I would confirm that is is true but I still use them to wash my sons clothing and he is now 19!!! As a busy working and studying mother and housewife, washing tablets are invaluable. They are convient and easy to use. Individual measures of two tablets (no measuring out, using too much or too little) are wrapped in foil enabling them to be easily opened and deposited into the dispenser drawer. ...If you want to take the guess work out of washing use Persil tablets . With tablets there is no wondering if you have used enough to get your washing clean or if you are wasting too much powder. Because lets face it we all put a little bit extra just in case. persil tablets smell nice and wash well. They come in colour care as well . The colour care tablets seem to wash just as well as the others. I worked out that an average family only would spend about £60 a year on Persil tablets so It is not a big expense so My advice is buy the best it is worth it. There is no irritation with anything washed in Persil and collars come clean without extra scrubbing.... Read review
