...To me, these bath tablets are the essence of relaxation. Creating a deep blue lagoon out of my bathtub, with their rich, spicy, seaside scent, this is the perfect relaxation after a stressful day. With the ginseng they are both relaxing and reviving, and these salts also leave my skin really soft, and the bubbling of the tablets is great for aching muscles. It's a little weird at first to be relaxing in a bathtub without bubbles, but as almost every bubble bath I have used react with my skin, it's a change I'm happy to have got used to. Advantages: Easy to swallow, effective!

...For the past few months I've been battling with a break out of spots, I've tried all sorts of lotions and potions and when I saw these tablets in Tesco it made sense to treat the problem from the inside so I bought them whilst they were on 3 for 2. They cost me £3.65 per bottle of 50 tablets. When I got home I opened the bottle and had a good sniff (some vitamins I've previously had have had an awful smell to them so I had to check!), they actually smelt mildly sweet and the tablets themselves are small, white, circular tablets. Although they aren't caplets they are very easy to swallow. On the bottle it says you should take 1 tablet twice or three times a day. Although it suggests that you take them at seperate times, I chose to take 3 in one go to avoid forgetting a dose and having to take them out with me to work etc. The box... Read review

...HRI CLEAR COMPLEXION TABLETS ARE A LOAD OF RUBBISH THAT DONT WORK! I was recently looking for an alternative product i could use instead of spot creams to try and clear my face and i came upon HRI clear compexion tablets in the supermarket. I read what they were supposed to do and as i have never tried any hebal tablets before i thought i might as well give them a try. I have taken them for 2 months straight 3 times a day every day and as i have had no improvement i can clearly say that they dont work and they are just another product claiming to do something which they dont. ...Does this product work? I'd say so...but... I'd also say to any potential users not to expect miracles. After having clear skin throughout my teens I never realised the extent of the pain, annoyance and effect having spots could have on a person. Unfortunately, I recently discovered this for myself (now that I’m in my mid 20’s!). Over the last year I have suffered from large, pussy and painful spots which seemed to hang about forever and left bad scars. I've tried numerous lotions and potions, changing my diet, drinking more water (EVERYTHING!) but noting seemed to work. ...overweight, my body fat percentage was ridiculous but yet the doctor listened to my concerns, why I was the size I am, and what caused me to overeat. They offered me a course of tablets. I was dubious at first....not very keen on drugs. It was explained that these merely stopped the cravings (the cravings had knocked me off several diets in the past). I decided to give it a go. It is a calorie controlled diet (depends on your weight and how much you have to loose, how many calories you should eat). The tablets stop me thinking about food all day and craving sweet things.
