I've seen a number of Italian giallos now, and although giallo refers to crime and mystery, I have come to expect aspects of horror and much sexual behaviour. This film, therefore, came as a bit of a surprise, because it is a straight work of crime fiction with nothing out of the ordinary. Nevertheless, I was impressed by what is actually a gripping detective story told surprisingly well.

Advantages: Easy and quick. Disadvantages: Material does become ripped.
...When horses are travelling it is necessary to safeguard them against possible injury. When a horse is in a lorry or trailer, they may be tied up and in a fairly small area, but they can still move around with the motion of the vehicle, around bends, pulling away or stopping. No matter how careful and skillful the driver is, it is not possible to completely eliminate movement. The legs of the horse need to be protected, some protect the poll (in between the ears) and thea tail needs to be covered. The horses tail may be hair, but there is a long piece of flesh covered bone that runs about half way down the tail, which is in fact the end of the spinal column. It makes sense that this needs to be protected also, especially as it is close to the rear bar there is a high chance of it becoming knocked.

...Currently ploughing my way through the Sabrina The Teenage Witch book collection, I cane to a stump when I was still awaiting the arrival of the titles I had purchased online, and found myself with nothing to read. I didn't fancy getting into anything too heavy as I knew it wouldn't be a great length of time until they arrived, so I ventured down to the local library to browse their selection.
When I stumbled across one particular book, I knew straight away that it was a winner; one I definitely wanted to give a go! It was a title in the Salem's Tails collection - a book collection written about the adventures of the teenage witch's cat, Salem. If that's the sort of place you want to visit then you'll have to take a bit more of a step into the unknown. At best you'll have to rely on guidebook recommendations which can be very out of date or the opinions of travellers who have been there and written up their thoughts for ciao.
This review is about a hotel called the Yak Tail on Fort Road in Leh, the main city of Ladakh. Those of you who have had the odd twinge of envy at some of my 5 start hotel reviews, won't need to hate me quite so much after reading this one. But despite its sometimes rather unusual and idiosyncratic features, it's a nice little place and not one to dismiss without reading on.
