...I am quite a fan of the Little Black Dress series of books, so I decided to have a browse on Amazon for ones which sounded like a good read. I came across this one after a while, and it had rave reviews. Also, on a book forum I am a member of, they couldn't recommend it highly enough to me so I decided I would have to get it to have a go. And as usual, the book didn't disappoint! "She'll Take It" tells us the story of Melanie Zeitgar, a woman living in New York City with dreams of becoming a world famous actress. But Melanie has a downfall...she has a penchant for stealing things. Not enormously expensive items you understand, just the odd sweater from Barneys or the odd pillow from the Homewares shop. But Melanie can't stop, even when a man comes into her life whose job in life is to help shops detect thieves. Will he suss out...

Take it away.......

Advantages: Can be used to get rid of any sort of makeup
Disadvantages: The smell, not unplesent just not nice either.

...As part of my new January promise to look after my skin I invested in a bottle of "Take it away" makeup remover/ cleanser from Estee Lauder. The main advantages for me are time saving, It is a very good cleanser and make up remover in one which can be used on the eye area so I spend less time trying to get my waterproof mascara off every evening. The pump action nozzle means that you do not use too much or spill it everywhere, as I am prone to doing when I am shaking open bottles into my hand. As mentioned on the box the smell is supposed to be reminiscent of cucumber and refreshing. Personally I am not to keen on it but I am still using this product so it must be good. Advantages: A remarkle story, truly inspirational
Disadvantages: Emotional in places

TAKING IT LIKE A WOMAN

...Good day people! The reading material for today is 'Take a Break'. I'm not going to go as far as to call it a glossy because its on rather cheap paper and only around 80 pages. But I have to admit its a little more cheery that its miserable counterpart 'Chat', not much mind you but definitely a bit more of a lighter disposition. It proclaims to be the worlds number 1 true life magazine and you can win double the prize of other mags. Yeh, you got it its one of those ones that tempt you with promises of cars, cash and holidays, and you can even donate to the Royal Legion. Just Take It Or Leave It

Advantages: 11 Storming Tracks

...played in Indie clubs up and down the country. The other would have to be "Take It Or Leave It". Again there is quite a fast pace to the track, although a little steadier build up than "Last Night". The musical arrangement is quite simplistic but Casablanca's vocals really make the track stand out. Shortly after the album had been released in the States it had to be altered due to September the 11th. With "New York City Cops" providing what was viewed as a scathing attack on the Cities Police Force they decided to re release the album in America with a slightly different track listing. If you buy the British version of this album you'll get the amazing "New York City Cops", which like the majority of the album is quite a fast paced track full of energy and certainly one of the band better tracks. Take it as red 'ish'

Advantages: Nice smell, does give some colour

...tips I find that this conditioner works best if you try to keep it away from the hair closest to your scalp ? it can leave your hair a bit oily/dull otherwise. You also want to limit the amount of product that you use to an absolute minimum. As this product contains a strong colour you really need to take precautions to prevent staining on the floor of the bath, the shower curtain, and on towels. By rinsing your hair until it runs completely clear you can minimise the risk of staining. The stain will wash out of towels at 60 degrees. Results So long as the product had been completely rinsed out of my hair the results are pleasing. The hair holds onto the floral scent although this is not overpowering. The conditioner, which contains silk, does work well as a detangler and helps to encourage the hair shaft...
