Advantages: Incredible insight into serial killers
Disadvantages: Freaked me out a bit!

...bought it from, I hadn't heard of it. Odd seeing as it was a pretty recent release. It's made my Spearhead films, and it runs for about an hour and twenty minutes. It is directed by Thomas Bros Spearhead fims have also made the following DVD's, mostly documentaries: *Chavs - The New Face Of Britain *Bonsai Tree's - The Complete Guide *Diana - Mishap or Murder *Jack The Ripper Revealed *America's Bloodiest Serial Killers (which I can't wait to get - I'll let you know if it's any good) ....and many more! Now, we've all heard of Fred and Rose West, Harold Shipman, Peter Sutcliffe, Brady, etc. This DVD has them all! You learn every gruesome detail of the crimes they commited, what compelled them to do so, how they were captured, and the fate that was bestowed on them. ...you started. They are though, well worth a watch and like the Matrix Trilogy, each time you watch you will learn and understand a little more, and have more questions to ask. All DVD’s have subtitles available in English, French, Dutch, Italian, Polish, Czech and Hungarian and are all in full colour. The packaging is excellent, and the quality out of this world. I have to admit I haven’t watched it all yet, 35 hours is too much in one sitting but can honestly say that this box set will take pride of place on my shelf, and will be watched time and time again in an effort to understand the philosophy, and decide whether it could really be. One thing to remember, if you have never seen the Matrix before, is that you will NOT get an answer, but it will make you think. This is not a set for the feint hearted, or those who want... ...submitted a massive 1718 so far.... I guess you could call him a serial churner ;o) User 487, 'Bradfordlad' wasn't far behind with a tally so far of 1707 notes logged. Another addict and serial churner , he was even inputting serial numbers on Christmas Day!!! His comments weren't as detailed as the other guys, but he did leave his email address in one comment section, so if you're really bored..... Anyway, sadly - as we all know - churning doesn't often pay. For all their efforts neither appeared to have had any hits yet. I did my bit while I was at the site - I raided hubby's wallet and input the details of 2 tenners - no matches, but perhaps one day. Can't say I'll be going back to check their progress that often, but I will pop back from time to time and let you know if I do actually get a hit. Don't worry if you live abroad... Read review

Advantages: great acting, great soundtrack
Disadvantages: 3 is two to many

...I have to admit The Matrix is not really my kind of film, this was a present I bought for my hubby last year and he loves it. I paid £29.99 from play.com and it was worth every penny. You can get it much cheaper on ebay now but hey it's a year on. I'm not a big sci fi fan but I don't mind The Matrix, I like the sound track, I like Laurence Fishburne, and I like agent Smith, but for me the story is a little far fetched. Any way, enough of my likes and dislikes on with the review. The acting is brilliant in these films, all the characters are strong and the actors play them perfectly. Keanu shaved his head, vomited and had sex scenes. Fishburne, is shot at, beaten up, happy, sad and dumfounded. Everything is done perfectly. This is the 3 DVD Matrix box set. Advantages: A reasonably good addition to the Matrix franchise, expands the story behind the final two films of the trilogy
Disadvantages: A tad overpriced, doesn't really give you the feel of the movies, and not a brilliant game, either

..., this might sound churlish, but considering the graphical quality we had become accustomed to (remember, this was mid-2003), Enter The Matrix, with its poor textures, unrealistic cardboard faces, inability to draw circles properly (I kid you not - even after tweaking the graphics, it still couldn't manage circles properly) and lack of graphical detail, is at times a throwback to the graphics of Half-Life. And when you're paying forty quid for this, that is unacceptable. But that's not all. It is ironic that the game of the franchise that inroduced Bullet-Time to the world cannot even handle that feature properly. The slow-motion movement of the bullets as you enter Focus mode (the way you access Bullet-Time and hyperjump abilites in the game) is a severe disappointment - the original Max Payne handled it far better. ...When I went to see the matrix reloaded I didn’t have false hope, I new it wasn’t going to be as good as the original, it was going to be more action packed but I new that the storyline was going to suffer, I didn’t know that the storyline was going to suffer that much but it did. Now I have been waiting five years for this film to come out and when I went to see it on the first night I was a bit annoyed that the whole film turned into a bit of techno babble, I mean the backdoors idea is awful I thought these were super A.I. computers yet they still work on the same principal of a normal everyday computer, hmmmmm, yeah I get it, wait not really, actually not at all.
