The Tamron 90mm, unbeatable Value for Money

Advantages: Amazing Price, Sharpness, bright colours, compact size, solid feel, included lens hood and carry case.
Disadvantages: Extending during focusing

...The Tamron 90mm f/2.8 macro lens is an amazingly good value for money, good quality lens, that is designed to fit all major SLR brands, (Canon, Nikon, Minolta, 4/3 etc). I will explain in this review the lens? simplicity and quality. Durability = When I first received this lens, it had been shipped from Hong Kong, it was alone in its box, however, and within it?s own leather case...

Review of Tamron 90mm f2.8 AF

Tamron is best for tight budget

Advantages: Versatile, good range and great if you're constantly on the move.
Disadvantages: A bit too slow, not as sharp but will improve when you know its habits.

...I bought my Tamron 28-300mm lens from Jessops, it was on offer at the time, I think I only paid £199. I've used it for a number of different shooting scenarios because of its flexibility regarding wide angle and zoom. Pros: I really like the range. It gives me most of what I need in one lens so I can take it with me on holiday and not have to worry about packing three different lenses...
