Not so bad as I expected!
Review of Alitalia - AZA by DeliaS

Advantages: On my trip, very smooth service and transits
Disadvantages: Fly out of T2 at MAN

...Having read very negative reports of AZ both here and on aviation websites, it was with some trepidation that I embarked on my trip with this airline in September 2004. Particularly as the week we flew was the week when the airline wre much in the news with regards to potential bakrupcy, strikes, and blockades, etc. So all in all, I wasn't looking forward to this flight! However, our four sectors (MAN - MXP, MXP - NAP and then back again the same route) and two transits were hassle-free and a better service than I have experienced from some of the other 'national' carriers with better reputations. We flew out of T2 at MAN which IMO the least pleasant of the three terminals, with little in the way of services and amenties. Alitalia boarded us through the secret gate - gate 310, which appeared to be only available to people who were... Read review

Not as good as it should be considering!
Review of IBEA Commercial 6000 by demondog

Advantages: Ride on heaven!
Disadvantages: Costly, Cumbersome - not easily manouvered!

...Ok then, having examined the commercial 6000 thoroughly in the stores, I am seriously of the opinion that it serves it’s purpose in the world sufficiently but is that good enough. Well I was delighted by this as other reviews of the 6000 were not particularly positive, especially from certain quarters, the petrol heads spring to mind - whats so wrong with the good old volts eh?..... I, however do not agree with these reviews of the 6000, but in fact find myself in with the people who are for it, in fact I've found I really do rather like the 6000, so much in fact i was lucky enought to have a test "drive" in the rear garden. I'm be lying if i said i wasn't impressed. NKneeling down afterwards you could literally see the sharp, regular, consistent cut compared to other "lesser" mowers. As with IBEA's other stuff the build quality... Read review

The NC6000 - The Traveller's Choice
Review of HP Compaq Business Notebook nc6000 - Pentium M 1.6 GHz - 14.1" TFT by mattyprice4004

Advantages: *GREAT* Battery life, speakers, graphics and Screen!
Disadvantages: Poor touchpad, unit is a little chunky to carry around for a long time

...The NC6000 is what I woulod consider a happy medium between life on the road, and a powerful gaming laptop. It's not often you see that, but with an ATI Radeon 9600 graphics card pre-installed as standard, you won't really get a lot better unless you seriously compormise battery life. As a Power laptop, the NC6000 shines. All applications positively fly, and you can easily multitask without having to slow down too much. 512MB RAM is easily enough for basic Internet and gaming, but the laptop will take upto 2GB if the need arises. Now I'll explain the NC6000's top selling point - It's large 4.4Ah battery. The pack itself is fairly small, but with the Pentium M being as energy efficient as it is, 5 hours is easily possible. When I purcahsed my NC6000 I upgraded to a larger 5.8Ah battery from eBay UK for around £50, giving me a total... Read review

Review of Ricoh RDC 6000 by alpur

Advantages: ease of use
Disadvantages: none up 2 now

...I bought the ricoh 6000 this week, I've been searching shops and the net trying all the forums for info on the best camera, but reading these you would never buy one as theres always a couple compaining about every model going. Anyway i purchased the 6000 I only wanted to spend about £300 but this was £360 but came with AC adapter, 8meg carf plus an extra 16 mb card. It takes great pics(only used it in auto mode upto now) but theres so many settings you can choose I must read the manual that came with it. You get loads of software with it besides ricoh camera utility there is Arcsofts Photo Fantasy, Photo Impression and Photo Montage all 2000. Oh and you can also do short AVI videos with it.... Compaq Presario V6000
Review of HP Compaq Presario V6000TX by callumbm

Advantages: Incredibly fast and capable of managing demanding apllications.
Disadvantages: Surface smudgy - very hard to keep clean,

...A perfect blend of professional computing and easy to use hardware. The Presario V6000 utilises most of the hardware found in professional corporations as a basis for its personal or family orientated laptop computer. Built purposely for Windows Vista Operating System, the V6000 uses this feature to its full advantage working flawlessly with all the Vista Versions. Employing only the fastest of processors, the CPU of the V6000 rivals that of most modern desktops. It uses Dual-Core processors either by AMD or Intel, both working over 1.7GHz and hard-drives ranging from 80-160GB. The V6000 is truly excellent for smoothly running the most demanding of applications. Serving its multimedia needs the V6000 is complimented by a Matshita DVD+RAM, capable of playing all DVD and CD formats on a HD widescreen. Also, the V6000 has a high quality... Read review

HP DV6000 - Great value for money!
Review of HP Pavilion dv6000t by oxonian00

Advantages: Sleek, solid performance all-round.
Disadvantages: Slightly short battery life.

...I really like this laptop and would recommend it to anyone looking for a budget notebook to give them access to the Internet, decent games and a workstation. I picked up the DV6000 in the UK for around the 400-pound mark and it has served me well as a desktop replacement while working abroad. It looks good and feels good with a tactile silky texture, has a 15.4 inch high-resolution screen that is easy on the eyes and has decent in-built speakers which I found fine for gaming. It has good specs for a notebook, which can handle even fairly demanding modern games (it has an Nvidia GeForce Go 7500). By way of example, I played Neverwinter Nights 2 on the DV6000; whilst I did have to turn most of the graphic settings right down, the game ran fine and was fully playable (and Neverwinter Nights 2 is known as a fairly demanding game... A Good All-round Printer !
Review of Canon BJC 6000 by Master_mic_uk

Advantages: Quality and speed
Disadvantages: The cartridges are expensive

...BJC 6000 Canon A Good All-round Printer This is a good all-round printer for family or office use. The printer is low costing to run around 4 pence per sheet black and white and 6 pence a sheet colour. The printer is very quite and produces some top quality photo print-outs that you won't be displeased with as you would expect from a photo printer it prints up to 1440 dpi (dots per inch), which is very good. I purchased this printer around 2 months a go and it has also produces printouts with my fullest satisfaction also I have had no trouble with it. Advantages: High Quality printouts Disadvantages: Costs quite alot to run.... Read review

Epson Dx6000 - A Great printer @ A Great Price!
Review of Epson Stylus DX 6000 by cambria83

Advantages: Cheaper Cartridges, Looks Smart, Good Quality Prints and Scans
Disadvantages: Takes up a fair bit of space, slightly noisy!

...I spent a while on the net and looking around shops for a cheap All-In-One printer that would also produce good quality prints and good quality scans. After reading reviews of various printers I finally settled for the Epson Dx6000 at a bargain price of just £75! USEFUL FEATURES Some useful features that I have enjoyed so far are: - The camera card slots for ease of printing digital prints - The LCD Screen (displaying ink levels and your pictures from any inserted card or USB device, also allowing you to use the printer standalone without a computer) - The cheap cartridges that can be replaced by colour so that it's not necessary to replace the entire colour cartridge when one colour runs out! OVERALL QUALITY The printing quality on this machine is exceptional and you could go out and spend a whole lot more on a printer... Read review
