...August 31st 2006, Creative announced the launch of the 60 Gig version of the Zen Vision:M. I was dubious about buying one because there seems to be so much out there and when you do buy something like this, it's almost out of date before you get home! I bought mine in the Xmas sales at a cost of £150 and have used it for 2 months. To put you in the picture I have a round trip of about 30 miles each day for work which includes a short drive, a long train ride and a few minutes walk. Every day I take my Zen with me and the last thing I do before I get out of the car at the train station is put on some tunes! I'm a metal fan, thrash metal to be exact and I listen to a lot of very loud, fast beating, screaming, shredding, bassy music. ...I bought this ipod just over 6 months ago and my experience so far has been a good one, before oi got this ipod i had the Ipod Photo 60gb and this ipod is a great improvement in both hardware and software build Build: (Great) The build of this ipod is very good it is strong and durable, The screen is very strong and there is no issues with having this in ur back pocket when sitting down. One downside to this ipod is the metalic side (back) it looks great when you first purchase the product, but after time the metal becomes scratched and blemished, this make the ipod look a little batterd. whereas the from stays clean and unscratched (well mine has). The version i finally settled on was the 60GB version which it is claimed using the average can hold 13,333 songs, but remember thats only as long as your bitrate and sample rate are at a particular strength. The player can hold many more or many less depending on the quality of your mp3 tracks. ...Slim, slick, stylish..all words I would use to describe the black ipod video (60gb). Which is basically a portable device which has feedback of audio, image and video. Some of the key specifications of the ipod are: -5.5 ounces (Very light!) -2.5 inch colour display. -Can store up to 15,000 songs or 25,000 pictures or 150 hours of video!! The design of the ipod is great, I think that the black version looked more stylish..though it was annoying how easily your fingerprints show up on the sides. The design of the headphones (which are included) is well suited to the product, but can be a nuisance as it signals out to passer-bys that you are carrying around an ipod. Now however, the size has shrunk considerably, the screen, although small at around 3 inches is significantly larger than the previous generation of iPod, and is bright enough to watch shows on the go in daylight. Pricing remains the same, but is now available in both white and black versions, although if you can buy when you are in the USA you will save around £50 for the 60Gb model. This new iPod was a must have for me once I had seen it in the Applestore in Orlando and handled it. It is lighter and much thinner than previous models. Advantages: Its got 8GB, Its dirt cheap and it comes with great bunch of softwares!
Disadvantages: Looks, below standard transfer rates, size, horrendous colours etc.

...up data, saving the username passwords of all the websites that need them and auto-logging in, time-lock your PC so that the PC locks itself for a specific amount of time and other bunch of features that may be useful. To be honest, the back up function was the only one that I've fully made use of so far. Its pretty good...except for the fact that it doesn't have the option to compress the data and store them as back up. These features are far more useful and innovative than the softwares that come along with USB drives from other companies. Value for money - 11/10 A 8GB flash drive for Rs.1700/-??? (US$42) What the hell?? I'd buy one any day. My personal advice:- The V60's biggest downfall is the flashy looks. If you can get over it, then you should buy it. ...I purchased tis model-albeit the 60gb version in what must be over 3/4 years ago now...at the time it was the newst, biggest etc. and although it wasn't as dear as the popularised ipods it is FAr better i reckon. I've borrowed an ipod so i can compare and i'd say without doubt this is the best mp3 player i've ever owned/borrowed/used etc. 40 Gb or 60 if you have the one i have,is a LOT of memory to play with for songs...i have over 1390 songs on mine and there is still lots of space left...considering i buy a lot of albums and put them on the nomad-i still believe it will last me for life-the sound quailty is superb(even with dodgy OLD mp3 songs), its very sturdy and hard wearing and mine is still going strong after 3 or 4 years and despite being dropped on several occassions still works as new! It has only crashed once in 4 years... Read review

...The Ipod is simple amazing, there really is no other way to describe it. Everything about this product is appealing, it looks good, feels good, makes you feel good and does everything it's said to do. It plays music and videos, holds files and has built in games for when you have nothing to do. Compared to the older Ipods, the battery life on these are great, they go on for ages and ages. The design is sleek and attractive and the controls are great, I can’t say how much of a great idea the touch pad navigation is (Click wheel.), very easy to use and get use to. The Ipod itself is very slim and to be honest in my opinion look like a work of art. The image quality on these are great, very bright, colourful and sharp.
