...EASE OF USE Great, very easy to use. Just undo the zip and you’re into the wallet. Don’t worry about having to remove the CD’s to find the correct one as the wallets inside are made from a clear plastic. This means you can find the CD you want within seconds. QUALITY AND DURABILITY No complaints here, the product does exactly what you would expect and puts up with being chucked round like anything too. Unlike some cases I’ve seen the wallets in this one are a strong plastic not half plastic half paper. This basically means that they won’t start to rip as soon as you try to get your discs in and out. The outer of the case is of a hard rubberized/leather style material which can take a pretty good beating. ...Virtually every Computer owner who has a CDR or CDRW included on their system will know about Easy CD Creator in its various incarnations, and this new version will not disappoint. Installing is straight forward, the program is large at over 400 MB but in these days of massive hard discs that should not be a problem. More of an issue is the 300+ page manual that comes with the software; you would have to be a real masochist to read it cover to cover. Once Roxio Easy CD & DVD Creator 6 Platinum is installed the first thing you will notice is the look. The graphics are rounded and colourful, (similar to Windows XP); also there is a little box in the left hand bottom corner of the desktop which is the “Drag to disc” part of the program. ...Having reviewed the No 1 in the world cd repair tool and found out it was a flop and waste of money, I have tried a few other techniques. This review is on the Procare CD/DVD repair kit found at Maplin and possibly other stores. ~ The kit ~ You get the cd repair too itself which is motorised, you get the adapter, cd sanding discs, cd buffing discs and cleaning fluid. It comes in a nice flat box that is easy to store after use. ~ How it works ~ This is slightly different to the worlds No1 cd repair tool in that it appears to look like a cd walkman, you put the sanding discs in first and then put the scratched cd in with label facing up. ...this one speaks for itself. Using either a CD-R or DVD-R, you can identify hard discs, or parts thereof (e.g My Documents) for back-up, adding that vital security that another copy brings. I’m a little surprised that they bothered to include this in this package, since the Back-up facility provided by MS Windows (if you’ve bothered loading it) does the same thing, including having the ability to record to a series of discs, if the data won’t fit on one. c) INSTANT DRIVE An interesting, if slightly off-beat feature. This ‘creates’ another CD/DVD drive letter in your PC, without the addition of any hardware. Initially, I was puzzled by the usefulness of this, but there is logic behind it. You can use the space created on hard drive to test out an image of any CDs that you may have assembled to see if they work prior to committing... Read review

A quick scour around some of the major retailers convinced me that they were all, bar a few, priced around the same price. I knew that I wanted a bag which was smart enough to carry to work and to meetings related to work, but which was equally able to withstand some knocking about. ...I bought this product a few months ago from PC WORLD, I paid about £9.00 for it. I have used it to hold CDs in my glovebox of my car (I only have a single CD head unit). It really does do its job well (not that its difficult), holding those CDs easily. The protective fabric in the CD holder seems to be nice and soft and lint free. The outer material of this case also appears to be hard wearing and looks like it could be shower proof aswell. The case design is subtle and stylish. It holds 24 CDs and looks like it will last well. The size of the case is perfect as it fits neatly into my glovebox but the padding on the outersleaves means that it will probibly not be so suitable for people carrying it in their pockets. Disadvantages: I'm wasting 6 very good discs here...

...I've had enough. You know when you made that backup onto a disc and you put it away? Next day you put it into your computer and guess what? It doesn't work. And the stupid thing you did last night after backing up is delete the stuff from your PC. Fan-bloody-tastic right? That's just the type of scenario that I get often with my discs, and boy does it annoy the hell out of me. You spend hours backing up gigs of data onto DVD or CD and then when you're feeling horny, that disc with the special 2 hour feature (featuring scantly clad beauties), just will not open. And all I did was bung it in the corner of that table for a night! Most of the time it's our fault if our discs do not work. We copy it onto the media and then without thinking of the consequences we leave it out on the table with no protection. Few days later when you need... Read review

Well have a look at the huge range of storage options available here, and I guarantee you'll find something that fits your needs. From single CD and DVD cases, to 800 disc rigid DJ style cases, there is an option to fit almost any lifestyle. I personally buy their 10-way DVD cases for 50p each. Again prices are exceptionally low, and even beat my local pound shop, that can only manage to sell 8 single DVD cases for a pound. --PC Components/peripherals-- These are sections that I'm afraid I've never actually purchased from, but after having taken a look, believe me I will.
