...Taxi Driver is the fascinating story about an alienated young insomniac who works as a night time taxi driver to earn small amounts of money, and over time builds up an endless hatred for the occupants of New York's ghetto. Taxi - A once watch film.

Advantages: Very high paced, Some good Humour, Music and A lot of the acting is very good.
Disadvantages: Some "Cheesy" bits and one actor in particular is pretty poor.

Crazzzzzzzzzzzzy Taxi!

Advantages: Great fun, easy to play.
Disadvantages: No real aims or missions to complete.

...I purchased the platinum version of this game as part of a 3 for £20 offer which was at my local Game store. I had played this game before but not for quite a few years and I brought back great memories of nostalgia and playing against my friends to see who was the best taxi driver. The game is just for one player which means that you're going to have to take it in turns if you want to have mini competitions which my fiance and I have been doing quite a lot lately as it's our main means of entertainment when we are out my house (mainly because the xbox 360 is always left in his bedroom as it's his pride and joy!) The aim of the game is to play against the clock to drive passengers to their destination, you earn tips for weaving past cars and for making a speedy drop off. Taxi - A cheap thrill ride

...I watched this the other day (you've gotta love having time off during summer :)) as it was shown on Film4 and I'd keep your eyes open if you have Freeview, as its worth catching on TV but I wouldn't say its the sort of movie that most people would really think is worth going out of their way to purchase on DVD or anything. This is a remake or American version of a hit French movie, by Luc Besson. Its an action packed comedy, starring Queen Latifah as a sort of girl boy racer called Belle, who has a souped up Taxi Cab that she finally gets her Taxi license to be able to go out and take paying customers for rides in and Jimmy Fallon, who plays a unlucky NY cop, detective Washburn. They end up meeting up when Washburn, apparently for the third time totals a police car and in doing so ruins a bodega, which costs the police department...

The Original Mad Cabbie

Advantages: De Niro and Martin Scorcese at their very best.
Disadvantages: Violence is very graphic, and could upset some viewers.

Unlike many of his contemporaries, who take great care in choosing both their fares and what districts of the city they work in, Travis will take anyone and go anywhere. ...of the best game i have ever played on. you also get a number of bonus games such as crazy jump which see's you jumping off a ski slope. the controls are perfect and working out all the special moves takes some mastery but its all worth it. the graphics are truly amazing and the only game which can compare to the graphics on crazy taxi is MSR (metropolis street racer). so if you wanna be a taxi driver,not be able to scratch your car and drive through buildings e.t.c then i suggest you buy crazy taxi....
