Advantages: fantastic projection quality, large projection area, Disadvantages: casing can become hot after prolonged usage
...When preparing a PowerPoint presentation, unless you intend to attach your laptop to a very large wall mounted video screen or television you will require a projector of some description to enable those in the audience to actually see images and read any text. In my line of business it is of the utmost importance that clients and other members of staff can see the charts we present and read through the sometimes quite detailed business plans we prepare. Our two new conference rooms are now equipped with the Toshiba TDP S35 projector, a relative bargain purchase for only 420 Euros (approximately £300).
I cannot comment on the actual decision to purchase these projectors over the other brands and models available on the market as I had no hand within the decision making process, but I will provide my opinion on what they are like to use...

...►►► Why should I buy a DLP projector and especialy Toshiba TDP ET20
There comes a time when your friend are just multiplying and the bedroom or the living room is just too small to ensure a comfortable view at your 19/21 inch monitors and so on.What can be done?! This product enters in action; what could be nicer than being in the courtyard with your large number of friends and watching a movie or a HDTV video while the barbecue is almost ready just 5 meters away ☺. If it rains there's still hope, just take the projector into the living room but just make sure is a double one:). So, do you or do you not need a projector now ?!
Why should I buy Toshiba TDP ET20, because is a 3 in 1 musketeer, a DVD player, an audio system and an....I forgot ....a yes a DLP projector. The functions are great the design...

Advantages: Toshiba TDP S20 Disadvantages: keystone adjustments not very useful
...working for a poor art gallery we needed somthing cheap but effective for our shows. i had a good look at everything out there and ended up with 2 of these for my £900 rather than just one.
the specs were quite good for the money in fact i could not find anything else as good for the price i got mine.
the 800x600 resolution with a 1400ANSI lumen light makes a great picture but only in low light, i found the picture faded if i turned on any thing more than a 40w table lamp,
the contrast ratio (difference between black and white) is 2000:1,which is very respectable for such a cheap projector and with a projection size from 30-300 inches with good zoom and focus in the 3-33 foot projection distance. there was little complaint from the bosses about their useability.
the Toshiba TDP S20 comes packed with connectors for connecting...

...Total Digital Photography (TDP) is a monthly magazine brought to you by Archant Specialist, who also publish other magazines such as "Which Digital Camera" and "Photography Monthly". TDP is aimed at photographers with a wide range of capabilities. It is packed full of useful news, hints and reviews which I will look at in more detail.
~Package~
This magazine is A4 sized and has a glossy front cover. The issue that I am currently using as an example is the September 2003 issue, which has 147 pages. More often than not the magazine will be sold with a free CD which contains photo’s that have been used in the magazine, which comes in useful (to be discussed later on). The CD also often includes free software, plug-ins for photo editing packages such as Photoshop and various demos, freeware and shareware.

Advantages: Fast speeds, four cores, great overclocking potential, easy to install Disadvantages: Absolutely none!
...stepping. What's the difference you ask? The B3 stepping has a TDP (Thermal Design Power, or how much power the CPU uses in watts) of 105w. The G0 stepping has a TDP of 95w which means lower temperatures, and obviously lower power consumption. This also means that the processor can be more easily overclocked.
Socket Type:
As explained before the Q6600 and many other chips are Socket 775 or less commonly known as Socket T. There are quite a few different sockets such as socket 478, socket AM2/AM2+ (for AMD chips.) Considering the Q6600 is Socket 775 we will focus on what that involves for now. Socket 775 is different from other sockets due to the fact it has a "Land Grid Array". What that means is the processor no longer has pins, all of the pins are spring loaded on the motherboard to make it much harder to accidently bend the pins...

It support the following features:
Enhanced SpeedStep technology, streaming SIMD extensions 2, streaming SIMD extensions 3, Intel Extended Memory 64 Technology, Execute Disable Bit capability.
Downsides:
Intel D945 is rated at a TDP of 95 watts, which is reasonably high.
It produces a lot of heat.
The stock heat sink and fan are of low quality.

This processor also has a warranty of 3 Years, so, if something goes wrong within warranty , you can have a new processor.
Final Words:
I personally liked this processor, although it has some downsides as well...

...Thief (TDP) is one of the best PC games that I have played.
You are Garratt, a trainee thief, and you need to gather as much gold and loot as you can on each mission (level) as you can in order to buy the weapons and tools for the next!
There is a small element of "killing the baddies", but when you use your weapons there are other things to consider other than what body part to strike first!
Perhaps it would be best to shoot arrows from the shadows, or maybe a gas mine would be better?
Tactics, cunning and tiptoeing are some of the most important skills in this game. There is plenty of leaping from rooftops and climbing rope arrows. Observation is very important.
The graphics are good, and the sound - great. You really have to have sound, or the game won't work.
The movement of the other characters in the game is vital, and you...

Advantages: Actual Speed, Overclockability, Heat, Cost Disadvantages: Low Clock Speed, 11x multiplier, no dual core, No heat pipes on cooler
...<---THIS IS FOR THE 3700+ Socket 939 1MB L2
Specifications
* Socket: 939
* FAB: 90NM
* Speed: 2200
* Multiplier: 11
* L1 Cache: 128K
* L2 Cache: 1024K
* Vcore: 1.4v
* Max CPU Temp:71C
* Core Stepping: E4 - San Diego
* TDP: 89W
I bought this processor for £145, for the E4 stepping, which is cheap for the same core as what is put in the FX series of processors (San Diego). This features a whopping 1MB L2 cache which enables the processor the slight edge in games. The chip operates at 2.2 Ghz, however the AMD Index rating rates it at 3700+. This is the equivlent roughly of a pentium 4 or an Athlon Thunderbird at 3.7 Ghz. AMD rates this at 3700+ because it does more instruction per cycle (1 cycle = 1hertz) than the other two processors.
The new San Diego cores use the new DSL...
