...Seeing as my hair is now at the stage where it needs a complete rest from dyeing, I have been on the lookout for alternative ways of keeping my red colour a little bit longer. Therefore, when I saw The Big W had a sale on recently, I was happy to snap up this product for half price. (Expect to pay between £3 and £4 for a 250ml bottle normally.)
Te Tao has been a well-known range for quite a while now, but it wasn’t one I had ever tried, feeling the products were rather over-priced. They do a range of shampoos for various hair types (see www.tetao.com for further details) but this one caught my eye because it is a deep, dark orange-red colour and had the word ‘henna’ in it. As you probably know, henna has been used for centuries to dye hair in a more natural way than using bleaches and chemicals.

...Earlier this year, lacking the funds for a fancy flat screen TFT or LCD monitor to replace my 4 year old Dell monitor I decided to opt for the Relisys TE 770 model CRT model. Having never even heard of the brand name before, I was rather skeptical.
My sole reason for buying the TE 770 was that it was the only black monitor currently on offer in the shop, put simply I wanted my new monitor to compliment my other hardware components.
Setting the model up was quite easy, a power cable is supplied with the monitor, though you may need some help from another person when lifting the monitor onto a desk or workspace.
You do need to plug in two leads, the monitor's input cable, and the power cable. The input cable must be slotted into the American style 3 - pin slot in the back of your tower/ flat case unit.

...Te Papa Tongarewa museum ("Te Papa" or "Our Place" for short) is New Zealand's national museum and is right in the heart of Wellington next to the docks. If you only have time to visit one thing in Wellington, visit Te Papa. Many of the collections are online, so if you can't make it all the way to New Zealand, then have a look at the web pages instead. Originally dating from 1992 (or 1998 for the present incarnation in its iconic building), this is a modern museum suitable for children and adults alike and the exhibits are fun and often interactive, whilst still being educational.
Most of the exhibitions are free, but you pay if you want to go on a guided tour. Lifts going to every floor help with accessibility and are useful for everyone - the museum goes up to floor level 7, so we were quite worn out by the end of our trip...

...I have 2 house cats and 1 crept out in the night and stayed out and unfortunately came back with these horrible little creatures (fleas) We had fleas before and they wasnt difficult to get rid off. Unfortuantely these ones wasnt shifting, i tried flea repelleant shampoo, spray you leave in floor for 30 minutes, flea collar etc i tried the lot that was cheap but unfortuantely turned out to be expensive. We went to Pets at Home and i found Johnsons Household Flea Spray, as i hadnt tried this before i though i would give it ago.

The body wash contains many natural ingredients. The two main ingredients are Chinese angelica, and green tea. The green tea is added to smooth and soften, and to leave a layer on the skin to protect from pollutants. The angelica is an ancient remedy for sluggish circulation flow, so it has a refreshing and revitalising properties. Other ingredients include ginger, cinnamon and sunflower oil.

...With the birth of our 4th child last year, I need a car with 6 seats. I had a budget of £6,500. The best MPV i could get for that was a 1993 Renault Espace with a smoky engine, ripped cloth seats and tatty loose fittings. Comparing parts and service prices between that and Mercedes showed very little difference and the Mercedes E Class estate drives an awful lot better.
I ended up with a more powerful model than I intended with a 240+ bhp 300TE-24valve Sportline from 1991. This car may be 12 years old now and have 150,000 miles under its belt but when it was new in 1991 it cost over £40,000. It was built well and still has no rattles or squeeks (apart from the baby seat!), cleans up beutifully and does not look its age at all.
It has proved relatively reliable, very comfortable, safe, swift and has very low depreciation now.

Out of the 7 episodes contained within the first series my favourite simply has to be episode 6 "The Canteen". In this episodes the busmen of the Luxton depot become dissatisfied with the food provided by their canteen and after management reluctantly decide to let them run it themselves Stan is placed in charge of co-ordinating everything. As you can imagine things don't exactly go to plan, as they rattle through numerous cooks, plunder the canteen into debt and ultimately realise they were better off before.
The remainder of the episodes in series 1 are also brilliant and in my opinion there isn't a weak episode like there will be in later series. Despite this however I can only give this series 4/5 stars due to the fact that Cicely Courneidge...

...I would say this is a must have for any household. Sky+ is the best thing, not only do you get all the channels you want at a good price. You can add and take away packages anytime you want. We first had Sky put into our house within the first week of us having the keys. We had to have the full installation. Which was very quick and very easy. The man who came to install it all even gave me a choice of wire colors!
You can set things up to tape straight away or set up a series link if you want to make sure you don't miss out on anything good. You can also tape two things at the same time, but you need to make sure it is on one of the channels that you are recording off. Its best to do that when you are going out or over night, so you will know someone won't change it over. It also has a TV anytime, which gives you the choice...
