...This collection of Eno tracks was recorded between 1975 and 1978 and first issued in 1978. The pieces were intended for films - hence, obviously, the title - and many have been used as such over the years.
There is something very appealing about nearly all of these pieces; most are very short, vignettes of sound, with evocative titles such as "Events In Dense Fog" or "Strange Light" or "Final Sunset".
All are recorded on analogue machinery - not a digital sequencer in sight - and it is this that I believe imbues the music with a certain character that you just don't get these days. The sheer act of physically moving tape, altering guitar and piano sounds with analogue synths gives these pieces a vitality and immediacy that remains with the listener for ever.

I happened to get this as a gift and it turned out to be quiet interesting
Summary:
This dock is used mainly for ipod and allows you to connet mp3 players to it and listen to high quality music via speakers. It is idle for homes and small gatherings, although I would not run a party off these.
Pros:
This system has terrific sound and can go very load despite its relative small size. As with almost all Bose speakers the quality is amazing, so long as the source you are playing it from is high quality it will allow the speakers to each its potential.
I have a surround sound Bose set up in one of my rooms but now prefer to use this product as it is very simple to operate. Just plug the mp3 player in and press play and your set. Can't get much simpler. It also runs off a wall...

...I love my Nintendo Wii and love playing new and different games on it. I recently played the Wii Music but unfortunately this was one game that I really did not like.
Wii music was released in 2008 and allows players to simulate playing with real musical instruments. You use either the Wii remote or the nunchuk to play the instruments. THe disappointment for me was that the instruments were just not realistic enough. For example, I love Wii Sports because I think the tennis, bowling and actually all the games are really realistic and it feels like you are actually there playing the game. With the Wii Instruments it did not feel like you had a real instrument in your hands and also the Mii characters on the screen just did not react well to the movements. It was more of a chore trying to play the instruments and I gave up pretty soon...

The controls on Wii music are kept very simple.
For guitar like instruments you simply strum without worrying about the notes, which are selected by the game engine.
The drums and piano instruments are played by the player waving their hands up and down. The Wii remote and the nunchuk are used to imitate drumsticks (somewhat difficult to as the controllers are much bulkier than actual drumsticks - also the system isn't as quick to respond as it needs to be)
The Brass instruments are played by holding the remote near to the players mouth and using...

...The Wild West CD is one which my hubby bought much to my disapproval. As you will probably gather from the title is contains 2 CD's which are full of theme tunes and music from Western films.
The cover of the CD has a picture of an old wagon cart being pulled by horses through the mountains and the title is at the top in black lettering. The back cover of the CD has the two tracks lists.

However, what you see on the advert is what you get with the game. That?s all it offers and it is possibly one of the most expensive, crappest games I?ve ever played in my life. ...The 5800 XpressMusic is a revolution for Nokia with it being the first touch screen phone produced by the manufacturer. With its slim lined shape it is an easy phone to hold and to use. The stylus being made of plastic makes the phone as light as possible and easy to hold and to use with the screen. The back of the phone can be removed without out fuss to get at the battery and the SIM card which is slotted into the side of the phone but only removable by removing the back and the battery. The Nokia 5800 takes a micro SD memory card that can go up to 16GB in size that also slots into the side of the phone that the SIM goes in.
The general use of this phone is simple and to task with many shortcuts through menus including the 4 buttons on the front of the phone one of which opens a shortcut menu for media applications including music...
Advantages: so many great features and looks great! Disadvantages: took me a while to work out where the sim card went! but thats probably just down to me, lol
