Surprising Picture Quality - Panasonic DVD-S54

Advantages: Incredible picture quality when compared to my old non-upscaling player with a scart lead
Disadvantages: Sometimes disc drive can be really noisy when DVD's initially load.

Unable to afford a Blu-Ray player my sister and I bought the Panasonic DVD-S54 to match our parents brand new Panasonic TX-32LZD80 LCD television as their Christmas 2008 present. Admittedly it was a slightly selfish purchase as we both live at home and wanted to watch DVDs on the big new TV ourselves! We bought the player from the electrical retailer Comet for about £100 just before Christmas so there were no discounts applied. On Christmas day when opened we found a relatively small box tightly packed with the player in polystyrene packaging. ...I am a huge tea drinker. Mornings aren?t right without a cup of tea straight away, one there is always one before bed. Then, as many as I fancy during the day, which can be anything up to 20 or so. I always have enjoyed drinking tea, but since coming to uni, I seem to drink it even more, probably due partially to fact that water here tastes horrible, even with squash, and I cannot afford to live on Pepsi Max. ...I come from a family of tea drinkers and I am a tea drinker through and through. Despite this fact, I used to be quite naive when it came to tea - I just thought tea was tea. I couldn't understand why anyone would pay over the odds when you could buy a value box for a quarter of the price. Oh, how wrong I was! My first encounter with Yorkshire tea came when I was at uni and managed to get my hands on some free samples! Any company that sends out free samples immediately goes up in my estimations! ...Twinings English Breakfast Tea Packaging The Packaging has a distinctive colours in that it has gold and orange. I found this to be quite eye catching and unique compared to other tea branded products. This makes it unique and recognisable in buying a second time. I also found the product packaging to be quite difficult to open up on the first tab correctly. It is nice to see that the box can be closed for storing the tea bags. On the packaging the box does have Twinings tea company claims of flavour, and other useful information. Regarding the box claim to have traditional tasting tea, this is certainly true as they have taken away the bitter taste of drinking tea.
