...Time Team is one of my all time favourite TV programmes. I have always been interested in TV programmes about archaeology, even when I was a small child. I can still remember the frisson of fear whenever the team of archaeologists were using their tools to disinter a human skeleton! I would always draw my legs up underneath me on the sofa, when skeletons were being dealt with. Well, you never knew when you were nine what horrors might lurk beneath the sofa… Fast forward to the early 1990s and after I had been employed as an archaeological excavation worker and researcher for an archaeology unit. The unit had, by then, virtually closed down, due to losing funding from the Department of Employment. Advantages: more classic action from these four heros

...the a team, consists of a team of heros who started together in vietnam.who are now on the run from the goverment for a crime that they did not commit, but have no proof. ...Team Sleep features Deftones vocalist Chino Moreno and his longtime friend, guitarist Tom Wilkinson. Along with DJ Crook, this debut album brings what some might call the moodyness, but i prefer the chilled out factor of Deftones' later work. The album possesses little of Deftones' hardness. back in 2001, someone leaked the album to the Internet, causing the band to quickly shelve it. having heard the demo version of some of these songs i can truely say that the leak probably favoured the album as they changed considerably by touching up little details. The first song "Ataraxia" builds from electronic drums and growling bass, with some bright guitar picking and a bit of piano. "Ever (Foreign Flag)" steps further into ambience while keeping the melodrama and electronic beats. It builds upon the gentler influences beneath Deftones... Read review

...Paid for the orange box through STEAM, which is very unlike me, but i thought i'd give it a go. Took a while to download but you could choose what you wanted to download and since i already have HL2 and HL2 EP1 i just got TF2, HL EP2 and Portal, played TF2 first and here's my brief review which i shall edit later. Pretty simple. Team Fortress 2 is an FPS, online like battlefield and like battlefield its fun. It is different tho, sure you have to capture certain "points" on the map and kill enemies trying to do the same, but the main difference is the graphics. TF2 is very cartoony. Unlike battlefield which tries to be beautiful. The good news is this makes TF2 smooth and less power hungry, yet on full settings its still looks sweet. The Blue Vs Red teams element is nice. ...Oh dear lord...how hilarious was this movie. When it came out in the cinema I stubbornly refused to go watch it because I thought it was a "Thunderbirds" type of affair (which I must admit I wasn't a huge fan of), and I even thought it was a kid's movie (I obviously at this point did not know all the much about it). How wrong could I have been! Where to begin?! Basically, for those of you who don't know, this film is about a group called "Team America" fighting to protect the world from terrorists. ...' players? One Rooney doesn't make a World Cup winning team for example. What can be done about the academy system? Well, it should be always under review to prevent a lackadaisical stance, but who should take full control? Originally it was the Football Association who took charge of it, but with the money involved nowadays, often Premier League sides will control it themselves by bringing in the fresh talent from the continent rather than just growing to grassroots, English football. Since the emergence of the Premier League in 1992, the bright hope of our national game has resulted in just one semi-final at a major football championship and regular failure (often on penalties!) on the big stage! Someone needs to take account of this, but whether it's the F.A. or the clubs in the Premier League is an ongoing argument... Read review

...I thought I'd write a review on one of my favourite programs, Dream team which airs on sky one. Now I am your typical girl you might say hate footy would'nt sit and watch it if I could be doing anything else. But this program I have watched since it started and have just finished watching the seveneth series. To give you an idea of what dream team is about i'll go into some detail and some of my favourite moments of late. Dream team is about a football club called Harchester United, (The dragons). To give you an idea of some of what has just happened at the end of the previous series, the then gaffa Don Barker had murdered one of the clubs long standing plays Carl Fletcher. This all came about after another bout of match fixing in which Carl was asked to poison Ryan Naysmith to take him out of play. Carl actually ended up poisoning... Read review
