...Deck The Halls is a nightmare of a film. It is everything, and I mean everything, that is bad about mainstream American cinema. The thing that bugs me most is that if the writers had pitched this storyline/idea without having a Christmas connection they would have almost certainly been laughed out of the studio executives’ offices. This is a film that really doesn’t have any redeeming features at all… yes it is that bad! What possessed Danny DeVito and Matthew Broderick to appear in it I really do not know. They are playing caricatures, of themselves and of real people, so much so that they might as well be animated characters. The so called inspired idea behind Deck The Halls is one that is very, very similar to a UK TV show/film starring Robson Greene but with heaps and heaps of brash, childish American humour thrown in to ruin any... ...Well, I have to give it Capcom this time; they really pulled a rabit out of their hats with Tech Romancer. I am used to Capcom rehashing titles and the new ones that they do come up with sporting the Street Fighter engine. They must of went back to the drawing board with Tech Romancer. The two are nothing alike with the exception of the power meter used for finishing moves in the game, but well get to that later. The gameplay is fun and easy to get into. Not too fast -(like Virtual On)- not too slow. Just right for huge Godzilla sized mechs. There are no complex directional pad movements to perform before pressing a button. Now it is mostly composed of one and two at a time button mashes to pull off moves. There are a couple of moves, like using an aquired item, that requires you to press three buttons simataniously. ...I am a self-confessed Foundation addict; I know wearing foundation everyday is most likely unhealthy for my skin, but I can't go out of the house without wearing it. I have uneven facial skin tone as I have freckles and really rosy cheeks, so Foundation is a must for me. For reference I am NW15-NW20 though when I first purchased Studio Tech, I got it in the darker shade of NW25 as it was nearly Summer and I knew I'd be tanned anyway so didn't need to worry about a darker foundation. The shade was really nice, though I'd probably not be able to wear it usually unless of course my face was tanned, as previously stated. This is what I noticed over the few weeks that I wore it: ~ it tends to darken slightly during the day when exposed to (extreme-ish) heat.....don't know if that was just me seeing things? ~ works much better... ...Fair', is so rigidly and meticulously planned that it becomes a chore. In an effort to be the town's 'Mister Christmas' the two men, whose ideas of Christmas are in opposition, undermine each other at every turn. 'Deck the Halls' is one of those holiday season movies that is spit out, with dozens of others, every year by movie studios hoping to make a quick and easy buck. I'll tell you, out of the dozens released every Christmas, only one or two are worthy of attention... this definitely isn't one of them. This movie is absolutely boring... in fact, it's more than boring... it's downright painful to watch, like a sore tooth, it just makes you want to hit your head against the wall until you pass out! The acting is absolute rubbish, and the storyline - I don't even want to go there - but I must! So here goes; detestable Buddy... Read review

...nubuck leather cousins. I will ensure my next pair are an all leather style such as the 'Admiral' or 'Commander' variants. The soft padded tongue and threaded through leather laces ensure a snug fit around the ankle, yet still allow me to slip the shoes on and off without untying. A boon when you need the shoes in a hurry..... These are deck shoes from a premium manufacturer which unfortunately are more pretty and 'fluffy' than the task deserves.... Read review

Advantages: Very accurate, brilliant optical on almost all surfaces, SO comfortable to use, 5 buttons, 2 wheels

...I've had the A4Tech WOP-35PU mouse for a long time, I remember getting it due to wishing to have an optical mouse but not spend too much, and it cost me under £10, so I was very surprised at how well it lasted, and most of all, how happy I was with the mouse. In my opinion this is the best mouse I've ever used. I used to find Microsoft Intellimice the most comfortable, but this fits in my hand perfectly and is very well designed, with easy access to use all 5 buttons, so it is very well designed. Visually, the mouse looks very professional, with a slight futuristic effect, amazingly without looking too tacky, so I'd definitely say it looks great. The buttons themselves are reasonably light in touch to use, but not too light to accidently knock (the only slight problem being a very slight tendancy to knock the left side button... Read review

For me though, I have so many cassettes that converting them to a digital format is impractical, and buying CD copies or paying to download them, too expensive.
