Teco - great TV, horrible customer services

...Firstly, I would say the TV itself is excellent. For the price, its hard to beat. However, unfortunately, I am in the same boat as Keith. My TV was great up until around 14 months in when it just switched off and wouldnt come back on again. A call to the helpline said it was still under warranty and would probably be fixed within 5 days. 5 weeks on and Im still waiting - I too am "waiting for parts" - which is beginning to sound like a standard fob-off. The TV itself is great, but be wary of the warranty.. ** Edit** My TV is now repaired - 9 weeks it took in total. When I bit into this I realised it was more of a truffle than a plain chocolate centre. This melted almost twice as fast as the shell, and when I bit into both the combination was overpowering, my tastebuds coated in a delicious rich chocolate! Though I felt an entire egg was too sickly, it was well worth it! Clearly that since this is a chocolate product it isn't going to be healthy, righy? Well unfortunatly I cannot tell! ...I have loved Jaffa Cakes since, well forever! I was in my local Teso's store the other day when I was looking at the Jaffa Cakes, when I noticed that Teco do there own value one for just 38p for a pack of 24, which is a majority cheaper than Mcvities Jaffa Cakes, so I picked me up two boxes off them! What is it? It is basically Tescos own version of Mcvities Jaffa cakes. It is a spongy biscuit with a layer of orange centre stuff and then a thin coat of plain chocolate on the top. The packaging: The packaging is just a thin carboard box which has the normal 'Tesco Value' on it in the white, blue and red colours. It reads 24 Jaffa cakes on it. ...a dip. The verdict ? This is a good mayonnaise - it tastes like the real thing. It is not too expensive, it costs around 80 pence for a 250 ml jar, and if you trot down to your local Teco supermarket you will find it on the shelves. So if you dont want all the half empty jars of mayonnaise it might payyou to try out this product from Tesco's. I will not claim that it is the finest mayonnaise you will ever find but it certainly a lot better than quite a few other brands.OK it is a tad more expensive than some but it is worth the extra few pennies. ...Boots on-line - Great I thought - no more having to drudge round town carrying heavy baby milk and bulky nappies. However, the site is very difficult to negotiate and only offers limited range. Specials offers are not listed, although you still earn Advantage card points - sent in package - redeemable in shop. Vouchers can not be used and a delivery charge is made. They do not have a set date for delievry - a confirmation e-mail for your order is sent and delivery details are in the next 5 days! On every order I have made so far some stock has been unavailable. The last time it was nappies - I find it hard to believe that they could not supply nappies in a five day delivery slot. I have gone back to going into town and buying the goods direct.
