...is the software they give you. You may not need to use the software like me which is a good thing. It is straight forward but, still fiddly and the functions are basic. If you are lucky enough your operating system will have all the built in tools you will need. Another big let down is the Kodak support. They have a support Tel No. supplied by PC World but it takes an age to get passed the IVR system where you press buttons on your phone to then be stuck in a queue to speak to someone. When you are in the queue you have to be prepared for a lengthy wait. The people at Kodak are knowledgeable of their own products and soon get you sorted out and they offer a free post service for returns of faulty or broken equipment. The down side of this being that to follow up or to check on repairs or replacements is hard as their customer services... Read review
