...Under Bryan Robson Middlesborough have seemed to not be able to do any right. Now there is not a lot that Bryan can do himself to bring the club out of this rut they have fallen into. However Middlesborough do not want to lose him as he is certainly a very talented manager. El Tel has immediately lightened things up, as seen in the press conference, which had previously been sombre occasions with Bryan reporting on their latest defeat, It was now full of jokes and laughs. Tels effect wont be noticed straight away but he needs to get to work before xmas to save them. Finally the dream team is back in action. Bryan and tel rule again!... Read review

...On browsing through the morning paper I found an advert for OneTel, they promised fast access to the internet for only 1p a minute, with no connection charges just 1p a minute all day, every day. On seeing this I decided that it would be a lot cheaper to register with OneTel net than my existing ISP. So I connected I found that the access was fast and reliable. You can get through every time you try to connect!I recommend this to EVERYONE, there is not one person who I think in sane mind could doubt the fact that this service is excellent and at a reasonable price... ...One.Tel have been around since around the year 2000, and they've already established theirself as one of Britain's most-used ISPs. Ranging from packages that offer evening Internet access, to packages with 24/7 high-speed broadband, One.Tel are extremely fast, and incredibly cheap. Like 24/7 1mbps broadband, with free phone calls to anywhere in the UK, for £30 a month. You can't get any fairer than that. Compared to other companies such as BT and BlueYonder, One.Tel outrank all of them. Their services hardly ever go down, and when they do, they don't leave you hanging, worrying if you've blown the modem on your computer. Thoughtfully, they put up a nice green page for you to read while they reserrect the problem. However, this is all well and good, and service is the main aspect to look at when choosing an ISP. Advantages: Proper sizing for tall women

Dorothy Perkins can usually be relied upon to stock a limited range for tall women, and from time to time you strike shops with long length trousers. Advantages: cheap - but I would rather pay a bit more and avoid all the hassle
Disadvantages: contrasting communication, no customer service, bad at handling problems

...We booked a car online in Tel Aviv Israel with Europcar. Because we arrived in the middle of the night at the airport, I had called 3 times in advance to avoid any problems, also with Tel Aviv directly. Upon arrival, no one is aware of my reservation (which was pre-paid!!), they try to give me a car anyway but require credit card validation (even though the car had been completely prepaid). They then stated there was a problem with my credit card. I offered to pay a deposit in cash, but that was not possible. I had to cancel, and go to AVIS where I paid with the same credit card without problems. Getting the prepaid money back from Europcar is a lot of hassle. Appalling customer service, and unfriendly staff in Tel Aviv. Never again!... Read review

...I switched from First Telecom to One.Tel a year ago, and have never looked back. I make a lot of long distance calls (2.5p a minute) and calls to the US (3p / min) and am amazed each month at how little I have to pay for them. One.Tel aren't great for everything: I still use First Telecom to phone home from abroad, for example. I also make sure I use BT when calling national rate (e.g. 0845) numbers. But the bills are accurate, they tell me who I've phoned and when, and they're great value.... Read review

...One.tel must have saved me hundreds. It's easy to set up, no need for an engineer to call. It costs nothing other than the phone calls YOU choose to use it for (well, £1 per month if you don't pay by direct debit) Once you're registered, you simply dial a 4 digit pin before you make your call and it is charged at one.tel's rates and does not show up on your BT bill. The only quibble is that if you don't have a BT line you need to dial an 0800 number instead of a 4 digit pin, but hey - that's not a big ask in return for the savings... I use it mainly to phone France 4p per min instead of approx 25p per min with BT/Telewest. One.tel are a fair company and do warn you not to use their service to phone mobile or premium rate no's as they're not competitive. Overall a well organised, promising company... Read review

...Having seen press adverts for One.Tel, I decided that it had to be worth looking into their system further. I connected via the internet, for which they credited my account £2.00. Call to foreign lands are unbelievably cheap, especially those to North America and Australia. I made a call (15 mins) to Canada for which I was charged 75p - th BT price would have been about £3.70! As far as I can tell there doesn't seem to be a catch either. Bills and account details can be accessed via the One.Tel website and a bill is e-mailed every month. I use the direct debit system, which appears to work just fine. They have also supplied a free smart box which automatically decides whether BT or One.Tel are the cheapest route (depending on time of day) and send the call via that one.... Read review

...Last summer i signed up with OneTel for my ISP for internet access. Having already got an email account with Lineone i only wanted a cheap access route and for the limited amount of access i need OneTel seemed to fit the bill perfectly (excuse the pun). The set up was easy and very clear, basically every minute costs me 1p at whatever time of the day i log on. The billing is now done exclusively over the web and i generally spend around £6 per month although the beauty is that when I'm away (quite often) then i pay nothing at all. My only criticism has arisen over the last couple of months. More often the lines are engaged and frequently i have to try at least 6 times to get a connection. It seems that OneTel are victims of their own success i can only hope that they will increase the number of lines soon.... Read review

...Over 20 years ago we would phone family in the States. This was a major production, exciting but not really very rewarding. The cost was astronomical, the cost for a five-minute phone call in today's money was about £25. Now with one Tele, it is cheaper to phone the States than to ring my next-door neighbour's during the day. With One.Tel it is simple, no prepayment, no changing phone companies, enter your code that you are connected to the States for 03p a minute. They offer a whole range of different rates. The company also offers a free dialling box which plugs into your main phone socket allowing users access the cheapest rates. The cost of phoning around the world is becoming very cheap. Simply chatting to friends and family from around the world is very rewarding and now not at all expensive. One.Tel being phone company... Read review
