...Tennis elbow is a condition I have had the misfortune to suffer with for the past couple of years. It started out as occasional pain in my right arm. I broke this arm when I was 17 and as a result ever since I have got used to the occasional twinge of pain. However over time the pain has become more insidious, culminating in being so bad I struggle to use my right arm - which is a problem as I am right handed. Visits to the doctor have resulted in several remedies being suggested to me, including ibuprofen tablets, which worked at first, to eventually a silicone injection, which worked in a very strange way - it made the pain much worse for the first 24 hours before removing it completely. Best Tennis Game Ever But Nobody Has Heard Of It

...I think the days have passed when you played tennis games and all you do is get in line with the ball and press the button with some sort of direction. Tennis Elbow could well be a turning point in tennis games as the game actually has some options other than playing J. Chan from Malaysia who look exactly the same as T. Smith from Australia. The main option on this game are where you arrive on the tennis centre where you have options to play exhibition matches through one door, a proper tournament match through the middle door and a practice court awaits on the other court. Best Tennis Game Around??

...After playing the shareware version of Tennis Elbow, the quality of the game stood out so I decided on getting the full version. When you start out in the game don't go into the world tour in Easy mode because it can get a bit boring winning 6-0 all the time, move in the hard mode and this will test your reflexes. You can play either doubles or singles, world tour (92 tournaments) or a single game. The graphics are suffice for the game, they are not flashy they just do the job, if you watch a demo you can even see the crowd following the ball a nice touch. The sound could of been improved a bit, the sound of the ball hitting the net is not realistic but that is a small gripe, the crowd sounds are okay and if you get into a long rally the crowd seem to get more involved. ...I've always preferred the more Arcade-ish Virtua Tennis to the more tennis sim game Top Spin, so when Virtua Tennis 2009 was released I bought it on the release date. - Gameplay - The gameplay is virtually identical to the original Virtua Tennis, with the main change being instead if diving for a shot just out of reach - you now stumble at it. There is no flat shot, which leaves with only slice, top spin or lob - which is a bit disappointing. It's very easy to get the hang of the game, as all you have to do is either use the directional buttons or the analogue stick to get you to the ball then press one of the action buttons to hit it. You don't have to get your timing perfect or anywhere near it, but if you do you will play a better show. - Graphics - The graphics in this game are shocking...

GAME, SET & MATCH Male and female can compete against each other, and there are numerous characters to play as. The game does not say what the character's strengths and weaknesses are, but these become apparent. Shot selection; exploit the opposition's weakness with your character's strengths; play the percentages. Smash Tennis is simple to pick up, and despite it's cute looks, it really does play a mean game of tennis. Especially in multiplayer....

Anyone for Tennis?
