A terracotta pot

...I have a couple of these terracotta pots from B&Q .They cost £1.50p each and I think this a reasonable price .fair price. I have had mine identical to the ones pictured for a few years now. I have some pelargonium in mine at the moment. In the spring I had some daffodils planted in one of them. I use these terracotta pots both outside on the patio and in the conservatory. I have been known to use them to hold a rustic garden display in the house too. Description ~~~~~~ I do love terracotta clay pots for my outdoor plants I think they are attractive. Terracotta Tan

Advantages: well, you get tanned
Disadvantages: you might end up looking like the Terracotta chinese army

I was then forced to experiment with bronzing powders though I feared irregular tan lines along my face. Before I begin describing the product, I must comment that the choice of name was not very wise. I am not very compelled to buy a beauty product that carries 'terracotta' (ceramic) anywhere along its name as it brings terrible memories of history class and the terracotta army of the Chinese emperor (and not, I do not want to resemble a sculpture). Putting this aside, the product actually proved itself wonderful. The color number ten is a bit dark, but if mixed with right palette produces a healthy tan look. ...***Background*** It doesn't seem six months ago that we heard that The Terracotta Army was to leave the shores of China for the first time and take up temporary residence in The British Museum. This was an opportunity that simply could not be wasted as this exhibition may never find it's way to these shores again. We therefore booked tickets on-line and had a wide choice of availability in terms of time slots/dates given we were booking so far in advance. Tickets cost £12 adults/child under 16 free so for 5 adults and a child it cost £66 including booking fee. Advantages: use on a variety of materials, easy to use,cheap
Disadvantages: none

...This is a multi purpose liquid that is used to repell water from brick,stone,wood and concrete. Being clear it can be safely applied to any base without staining, although does sometimes leave the base slightly darker. I've used it on areas of brickwork that are exposed to driving rain, tops of fenceposts, worn roof tiles, insides of terracotta tubs and patio slabs. This liquid is not a replacement for remedial building work that needs to be done, it will not fix damage that has already been done. It is a very usefull safeguard to take where weathering is likely on all building materials....
