...I have just come back from a few days away in Jersey. While I was there, I thought I'd take a look at the duty free fragrances at a perfumerie shop in St. Helier. Initially, the choice seemed truly mind-boggling and I didn't know where to start, but with the help of a kind shop assistant, I eventually found some fragrances I liked. One of these was Black XS Eau de Toilette by Paco Rabanne. It came in a box also containing a tube of Black XS shower gel and was very modestly priced at just £21.00 (UK price approx. £38.00). This seemed like an absolute bargain and although I am not a regular buyer of such products, I was very keen to try the fragrances for myself. Advantages: Slick, shoots VERY easily, presentation, durability

...I have fly fished for many years now (not going to say how many as it makes me feel old!) and I have used, abused and thrown away more floating lines than I can remember. Until now I bought my first Snowbee line 5 years ago just as they started hitting the market. I had used many brands of lines up until then - Cortland, Lureflash, Airflo and was currently using a Shakespeare Worcestershire, and then I bought this 'new' line from a company who, at the time, mainly made waders The lines were simply called Snowbee Prestige lines then. At the time, the Prestige line felt good. Easy to cast, shot through the rings well and was reasonably durable. It floated high on the water and served me well for 4 seasons before it was time to change. Of course, in this time the Prestige had become the XS and cost a little, but not a lot, more... Advantages: a very pleasant smell

...I first tried this perfume when I got a small gift set for Christmas, and XS was one of the little bottles that was in the box. And I must say, I fell in love with it straight away. I think it's one of those smells that no one can say about 'ewe, I don’t like that' because it a very pleasant, not a 'strong' smell. It is an original, light scent that is not fruity/flower, neither is it a soapy smell. The perfume would suit anyone as the smell isn't too sweet or old, and it stays on for long enough, and is also a very distinguishing smell. The bottle is a very strict original design, and it looks expensive. So if you're thinking which perfume to get for your lady/daughter/sister, you wont go wrong with XS.... Read review

...Xs Paco Rabanne eau de toilette This product has been a favourate of myn, and my partners for some years now. It has a fresh and clean fragrance, which is quite long lasting, and for the price, well who could complain. The scent is a mix of, top notes: fruity, spicy, pink pepper and tamazin. Middle notes: Hellerbore rose, black violet and cocoa blossom. Base notes: Massoia wood, patchouli and black vannila. The bottle is quite a chunky size, clear glass with black writing, and the lid is a flip design, which has a stopper built in. The lid is maybe not the best design for grip though. Application: you dont need to apply very much of this fragrance, and it lasts very well, therefore the product tends to last a while. It is excellent value for money, and an allround great buy.... ...This is one old review that needs improvements, I expanded it by adding a lot more information and details about this great product. ----------------------------------TERRATEC CINERGY 400 TV stereo------------------- I've always had the need of television on the PC and when I first set my eyes on this PCI card I couldn't believe it costed so little (I paid it 60 euro, about £40 years and years ago, I'm sure now they come even cheaper). The card gives you the possibility to add video/audio input on your computer and the great opportunity to record on hard disk (in different codecs included DivX). Considering that computer monitors with TV input hardly existed a few years ago when I bought this card and even nowadays are very expensive and don't allow you to record digitally on your computer... ...This is a story that'll shock 99% of you, confuse 20% of those and probably bore the brains out of anyone that has no brains.. or something. Me being a big car fan and computer fan and fan of very good quality music reproduction decided one to day build a touchscreen operator computer into my car. Using all the components from your everyday desktop machine i got them wired up and had a fantastic music jukebox in my car. I was using a creative audigy ? sound card and feeding it into over £8000 worth of car stereo equipment. Sound quality was good but there was something obvious in the background that a vital component was missing. A friend of mine recommended terratec who i had never heard of before.
