I have tried it with all 5 flavourings and all of them have been pleasant. I did try it on its own a few times, but ended up putting a few drops of syrup in. For the times that I did try to drink it alone there was no bitterness and it did not leave an unpleasant taste, but it is not going to...

...I much prefer coffee to tea , but as coffee costs a fortune, I don?t tend to go for the likes of Nescafe and such like. I also don?t like to go for the Value coffee as I find it quite tasteless so we have found a happy medium in Tesco Gold Coffee.
There is certainly a taste difference between this and the likes of Nescafe, but I find this really tasty. It doesn?t have a weak, watery taste to it...
