Purchased 10x12 BillyOh Shed from them.
Advantages: Cheap. Not bad once built
Disadvantages: Poor cust service. Incorrect and missing parts
...Firstly let me just say upfront that I love the shed now it's built. I ordered the 10x12 and it was delivered in just 4 days from order by a great delivery guy.
There are some things which need improving though. I ordered an additional opening window and it came with no hinges hinges, screws, or chain like the included opening window. Also I was supplied with a Light Truss instead of the Heavy Truss which the 10x12 instructions say I should have. I ended up modifying the light truss to be a heavy truss.
The roof joists run to the edge of the roof panels which means you cannot make use of the tongue and groove in the roof panels as the joists butt up against each other. The roof itself did seem a little 'gappy' in places but once all the felt was on it wasn't a problem.
The instructions were just about adequate although it would be...

Why not to have a garden shed...
Advantages: See text
Disadvantages: See text
...In the beginning there was a heap of junk, but not the sort of junk you could throw away. There were flowerpots and tennis rackets, and garden chairs that only needed a little mending to make them just as uncomfortable as they used to be. They were all in the garage, but the car wasn?t.
The Crime Prevention Officer sucked in his breath, just the way that car salesmen do when you want to trade in your car. ?Lot of car theft in this area?, he said, ?it really should be in the garage?, and proceeded to tell how few cars are stolen from a locked garage. Logical really, when you think about it.
So then there was the shed. A man came and prepared the site, and laid railway sleepers, and then two men came and put up the shed. Then the Neighbourhood Watch man came. ?You can see in through them windows? he said. ?Yes?, I said, ?I...

An Englishman's shed is his castle... so it needs protecting
Advantages: Simple to install, very loud and works very well indeed
Disadvantages: uses many batteries, shame it's not solar powered
...need to supply 7, yes seven, AA batteries.
** IN CONCLUSION?
What a simple little device this is, and what a noise it makes , alerting you to any trespassers who have wondered into your outbuildings.
It is so easy to set up as there are no wires to worry about, simply place the sensor unit inside the building you want to alarm, either by putting it on a shelf or attaching it to a wall, then take the ?remote control? into your home, turning it on once your out of the alarmed building.
If the sensor picks up anything then the siren on the remote alarm, which you take into your home, lets you know.
I actually have two of these installed, if installed is actually the right phrase considering there?s very little installation involved. I have one in the shed at the far end of my garden, approximately 25 metres away...

In the night garden ninky nonk train set
Advantages: strong, versatile, compact, nice bright colours, fun to play with
Disadvantages: none so far
...I decided to buy the in the night garden ninky nonk train set from Amazon as my young daughter is a big fan of in the night garden and whenever it comes on TV she gets really excited. So as my daughter already had some of the other characters from the show I wanted her to have the whole set and since buying it the train set the ninky nonk train set has become one of her favourite toys to play with on a daily basis.
The train set can come apart and be attached on many different ways and my daughter enjoys looking at the nice bright colours and putting some of the other in the night garden characters onto the train set even though it keeps falling of now and again it keeps her busy and sometimes I hear her in fits of giggles. The train set is very cute and versatile and its great as children such as mine can have hours of fun with it...

Peas please Louise
Advantages: taste good
Disadvantages: non e
...Peas please Louise,
I often have a packet of Tesco frozen garden peas in my freezer. I think the packaging must have changed since this category was added as it is not such a lush green pack anymore. The product the same just Tesco has updated the pack
These garden peas are available in 1kg pack and in a 1.8kg bag. The 1kg bag costs 1.63, the 1.8kg bag £2.82 (£1.57 per kg) so if you have room the bigger bag works out cheaper.
I find a bag of peas handy to keep in the freezer as I can easily use as many as I need at any time. Peas are often the vegetable that will be eaten by children. (except my grandson ) Peas go well as a vegetable accompaniment to most meals.
These Tesco garden peas are good ones, not hard bullet and tasteless. They are a fairly good bright green maybe not the smallest and sweetest frozen pea, but...

Working for Tesco
Advantages: Good pay, great benefits package
Disadvantages: Crap uniform, crap managers
...Ok, first of all, I'd just like to mention, this is a looooooooooooong review, so if you're not actually interested in reading about Tesco as an employer, then I'd suggest you don't bother as it will take some patience to get through!
When I left school at the age of 18, and having decided I couldn't be bothered with university, I suddenly had to face the big bad world and go and find myself a job. I wasn't really fussy about what job I did - I've never been ambitious, and simply wanted a job where I could go to work, do my job, come home and not have to think about it.
As our local Tesco is just 5 minutes away, I decided to apply there. I wrote a letter requesting an application form, and a few days later received a lovely letter and the form I had asked for. I read through the form and thought, wow, I don't know how to answer...

Welcome to my bargain on-line log cabin
Advantages: Excellent prices, fast delivery, lovely stuff
Disadvantages: Are you willing to buy from a photo?
...garden centres and big DIY places like B&Q /Homebase etc. We were looking in February and I can tell you now that nobody has them at that time of year. All the big DIY places have catalogues with nice cabins in but none had them on show. The size we were looking for was coming out at around £1500.
I price-check EVERYTHING but as the cabin was intended as a birthday present for me, my husband the techno-phobe was set the mission of hunting down options on the internet and he found 'garden buildings direct' amongst many others. It soon became apparent that the photos in the DIY store catalogues and on the GBD site were the same - but the prices were very different. We chose the 'Walton's Retreat Log Cabin' in 12ft 6 by 10 foot 6 size at a cost of £1014 - saving around £500 off the cheapest we had seen elsewhere.
What do they sell...

Tesco trains
Advantages: Cheap
Disadvantages: As good as original brands
...Santa bought my four year old the lovely mountain train set made by tesco. He desperately wanted a train set and when we were in Toysrus we would look at the brio sets and then look around the other toys. It was not unitl near to Christmas that I actually decided to look at the price. I was horrified to discover how expensive brio train sets were. I looked in several other shops ELC etc but they too were too expensive. I found a cheap set in ASDA but it did not seem to be compatabile with brio or even near to the quality, so I decided not to buy the train set from there either. When we were shopping in Tescos my son pointed out the train sets and took a real interest in a lovely mpuntain train set which had had a wooden train set, a little bridge, wooden animals, trees, tunnels, trains, carriages, sign and mountains all for £24...

Tesco supermarket
Advantages: A wide variety of well priced goods
Disadvantages: Toilets maybe need cleaning a little more often
...Extra;these stores are the much larger Hypermarket style stores. The first Tesco Extra opened in1997,and now they are building around 20 new Tesco Extra stores a year.
The largest Tesco Extra is in Basildon Essex.
In the main these stores are on two floors, the ground floor used for food products and the first floor for clothing, electronics and entertainments.
The majority of Tesco Extra stores have cafes.
Tesco Superstores:
The Tesco Superstores are the large supermarkets, stocking groceries and a smaller range of non food goods.
Most of the stores fitting this description are situated in City suburbs or on the edge of the larger towns.
Tesco Metro :
The Tesco Metro stores are the stores that are in between being a Superstore and a Tesco Express store.
These strores are mainly located in the middle of small towns and cities...

Tescos
Advantages: Great Value
Disadvantages: Puts local businesses under stress
...Tescos is King of all supermarkets and I think that they are best for value in the long term or in the big shop as well. As a student I have found that the tesco down the road from me is my new home, as opposed to the Centre up the road that can be so expensive some times in comparison.
Tescos sells your average grocerys as well as dvd's and electricals, clothes, office supplies, tobacco and confectionary, alcohol, cards for special occassions and toys. Everything you need seems to almost be in one store, there is also a tesco value line that provides Tescos own products at a cheaper price.
The staff in Tescos are always friendly where I come from in Cookstown, they always help you find something if your not quite sure where it is and always strike up a pleasant conversation at the help desk, though I understand that some...
