texet albert 3 scientific calculator
Review of Texet Albert 3 by
mizzdassy
Advantages: can do everthing exept tapdance
Disadvantages: cannot tapdance
...texet albert 3 scientific calculator
this is Texet's most popular scientific calculator. it has a 2 line display on the calculator and is the most popular one in schools today. it is quite durable, and QCA approved for use in all GCSE, A and A/S levels. it can do basically everything a decent calculator can do at the moment, so no, it cnt tapdance or sing, althoough it does seem to have the alphabet on it....
i think it is a very good calculator and i wouldnt want to use any other, because the ease of use is very easy. it doesnt have any extra features, although ts brilliant because it has nearly every mathematical option on it. thank you for looking....

Know It All Albert
Review of Texet ALBERT3X30 by
Wee_lis27
Advantages: A good working calculator with many functions.
Disadvantages: n/a
...As any of us who do mathematics in school (specifically itermediate 2, higher or A-level) will know, it is difficult to find a good calculator to last us the working year. As a higher Maths student, luckily for me, I found Albert and we have been together ever since!
Albert cubed is the make of this calculator. It is a scientific calculator without the solar power function (which I prefer as it doesn't switch off when you need it on and it can be turned off when you want it to be).
Ovbiously this calculator could come in handy at any time! Whether its sorting bills or doing sums in a class.
---FUNCTIONS---
This calculator has D.U.A.L (Display using Algebraic Logic) which comes in handy whilst doing calculations as you can go backwards or forwards to review the calculation being done.
It has all of the normal scientific...

Albert Hotel-a great place to be!
Review of Albert Hotel, Riga by
Misshampshire
Advantages: Quiet area
Disadvantages: none
...We stayed here at the Albert for 3 nights at the end of Feb.
We flew with Air Baltic for £41.70 each including tax!
My daughter and I arrived late at night at the Albert ....they had granted my request for a high, non smoking, room with a view of Old Town!
We could see all the tops of the steeples across Riga and the Art Nouveau style buildings.
We were exceptionally pleased with our room.
Alot of bright lighting available in the rooms but with low lights for night..very cosy.
It was meticulously clean with very comfy beds and crisp sheets.
They had fabulous under floor heating in the bathroom too.
The shower was the best power shower I've ever used!
The maid service was great....they even folded my daughters pyjamas and put under her pillow each day!
Infact the cleaners were always cleaning the hotel foyer entrance...

WWF Albert
Review of Albert by
Marshwwf316
Advantages: -
Disadvantages: -
...Albert
Albert is a very big man - he weighs in at 350 pounds and most of that is pure muscle! and he is a big man too, 6'8 inches or somewhere along those lines!
He has an array of moves he uses. The first is his finisher - the Baldo Bombb; aptly named considering his hair style... or lack thereof... In which he lifts them by the throat and drives them to the floor.
Second is the big kick, a standing scissor kick type thing, it looks good and is very effective. He also uses coner splash and big splashes, gorrila press slams and basically any and all power moves...
He started as Prince Albert and feuded on Metal with D'Lo Brown; he then went up the rankings and teamed with the Big Bossman. He then formed the T&A with Test (Test and Albert equals T&A, Get it?) and they came close to the tag titles but never got them...

The Albert-Traditional Victorian Pub
Review of The Albert (London) by
ashford
Advantages: Good food and drinks. Nice building. Grade II listed
Disadvantages: Very popular
...This traditional pub, built in 1865, is handy if you need to go to Parliament,to Church or to contact the Police for it
is near to The Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey and New Scotland Yard. It is Grade II listed building
and this fine hostelry in Victoria Street has marvellous etched glass windows, original gas lights,wrought-iron balconies
and a very traditional feel about it.No wonder it attracts a lot of overseas visitors as well as local residents.
The Albert serves up fine real ales as well as a good range of lagers, wines and spirits and it is just possible you might
meet your MP there. Definitely a convivial place worth lingering in.! If you start to feel peckish you can adjourn to the first floor restaurant which has an excellent carvery.Prices are reasonable and the ambiance very pleasant.
If you...

The Outsider by Albert Camus
Review of The Outsider - Albert Camus by
marvello
Advantages: Fantastic Storyline
Disadvantages: Drags at times
...From the beginning of time society has developed and redefined the way people ought to live and act, and exercised the power to elevate or banish people as it pleases. Therefore citizens not living by this rigid prescriptive framework are seen as outcasts and are treated with disrespect and zero tolerance Comprehending and accepting are too very different things. We must first understand a situation before truly been able to accept it. Albert Camus mirrors this concept in the novel "The Outsider", by introducing us to a character that we must first understand and then accept. He welcomes us into the world of an Individual's struggle to cope with the callousness of the society in which he lives.
Meursault, the main character, believes that all he said and did, throughout his life was rational and thus he was only found guilty, of his...

Peter Kay.Live at the Bolton Albert Halls
Review of Peter Kay - Live At The Bolton Albert Halls (Wide Screen) by
rosierozi
Advantages: Great laughs throughout
Disadvantages: ???
...I bought this dvd about 3 months ago on Ebay.
After loving his hit series 'PHOENIX NIGHTS',and watching 'Live at the Bolton Albert Halls',about two years previously I knew he was a class act, with a unique comedy style of his own.
It wasnt up until just randomly coming across it on Ebay that I was reminded what a great and hilarious talent he is.
I payed only 0.99p for the dvd, which had been used previously, but had come in great condition.
Only yesterday,I saw it in HMV for 6 pounds, which is great value for such a great installment of laughs.
The DVD is called 'Peter Kay,Live at the Bolton Albert Halls,as part of his 'Mum wants a Bungalow Tour'.
Bolton being his home town,it was bound to be a sell-out
It's filmed as part of his sell out ,180 date tour that spanned 9 months and was seen by 300,000 people.
Many people who are seen...

Cream play at the Royal Albert Hall
Review of Royal Albert Hall (London 2-6 May 2005) - Cream by
dvdsprks2
Advantages: You get to hear the original Supergroup reformed
Disadvantages: The album shows what good music some of us missed played live.
...Eric Clapton is my favourite guitarist not only for his longevity but for the skill in his guitar playing. He with Jack Bruce and Ginger Baker reform in 2005 for a series of Concerts initially at the Royal Albert Hall but then going world wide for a tour.
I saw Eric Clapton with Blind Faith at one of the early free concerts in Hyde Park in the late sixties, I think june 1969, as a teenager so was quite upset that I missed the Albert Hall Concerts especially as one fell on my birthday 5th May 2007.
However I first recorded the concert from TV and then was bought the album and DVD the Christmas following it's release. The concert is magical. There are three 60 year old rockers who hadn't played all together in a band for forty years. Playing the songs as the did all those years ago. They play, in my own personal opinion, better than...

The Albert Dock-Wonderful Reincarnation
Review of The Albert Dock by
ashford
Advantages: A lot to do and see.
Disadvantages: Can get crowded
...The Albert Dock is the major visitor attraction in Liverpool and is an amazing reincarnation for it was a decaying dock area not so many years ago. Today its roaring success is because there is a lot to do and see at this attraction. As the whole world knows the most famous pop group ever were Liverpool born and bred and the Beatles Story Exhibition pulls in a lot of visitors. Liverpool.at one time, was the world's greatest port and the base for migrants from Europe to go to the New World. The fascinating story of this is well told in the Mersey Maritime Museum. For culture buffs there is the Tate Gallery North to visit and the Customs and Excise Museum attracts a large number of people.
The place has an excellent range of cafes, bars, pubs and restaurants and if you fancy a shopping binge you have a lot of choice with the likes of book...
