Ultimate Alliance of good and bad.

Advantages: Each character is his own, large amount of replay value
Disadvantages: Controls need more work, graphics are not up to par.

Change of Alliance.

Advantages: Friendly local help, internet and phone access to account.
Disadvantages: Slow to process cheques.

...Well having banked with one of the major banks for a very long time I decided to look around to see if there was any other banking facilities where I would be better off. I had seen the Alliance and Leicester Premier Account and thought that it looked very competitive and that could be worth making the switch. How WRONG was I !! I applied over the telephone and was told that everything was ok and ready to roll. Just one stipulation was that in order to match my current over draft facility (£2000) I would need to send a copy of ONE of my current bank statements. No problem I though as my overdraft facility was balanced at zero anyway. The account was processed within minutes. Ultimate Alliance: It's clobberin' time!

Advantages: 100+ super heroes, good gameplay and graphics, lots of variety.
Disadvantages: some voice actors don't sound authentic, none others really

...Marvel Ultimate Alliance is a sort of team-based RPG type game where you put together your own super hero team of 4 super heroes, out of a selection of more than 100 Marvel super heroes, like the X-men Legends games, except the whole Marvel universe, not just the X-Men. Story - The basic story of this game is that Doctor Doom has put together a group of super villains called the Masters Of Evil. They attack Nick Fury's hellicarrier and Doom demands that he surrenders, or he shall destroy the hellicarrier. As expected Fury challenges Doom and calls for all "meta humans" to report, Thor teleports him, Spider-man, Wolverine and Captain America to the hellicarrier and they push back the attacking force. Advantages: Uses all the best Marvel Comic heroes. Fun
Disadvantages: Not exactly stunning graphics. No real gameplay advances

So Activision have answered the prayers of millions of fans and released the Ultimate Marvel fan boy package. Ultimate alliance features a compendium of quite possibly the greatest heroes ever. Using the same game play as the XMEN Legends series, the player must select a team of 4 heroes to go out and save the world. The best way to describe the game is an Action RPG. As you fight through the hoards of enemies your characters gain EXP witch can be spent on new moves and powering up. Solabeat Alliance - Island Fire

Advantages: Some uplifting, fun Ska Punk songs

...I have owned this CD for about 2 weeks now and have spent this time trying to work the CD out - it is really nothing like anything that I have seen with the Solabeat Alliance before, they have come up with something entirely different and really shocked me - it is not at all what I expected from them and has a much cleaner sound than before. With 'Rise On Up' the band seemed to be going for that live edge, which had not been captured with their previous 2 efforts and they came up tops. This CD however shows the band in a whole new light - the production of it is extremely different and I have spent the last 2 weeks trying to work out whether I like it or not - and about some of the tracks I am still undecided. ...I love superheroes! As I cannot hope to fly or shoot things, or you know do all those superhero stuff in real life I go for the next best thing the game! So I bought Ultimate Alliance and WOW! It is just awsome. Yes it is a shoot -em up type game but you still get to select from a vast array of heroes or villains, and you can download a heck of a lot more as they are made available. Combine the correct four heroes and you recieve additional bonuses (ex: you can have the fantastic 4 together etc.. which will give you additional hitting power and stamina etc.. you know what i mean?) or you can just put together your very own super hero quartet and have a ball as each level presents ever more challenging and entertaining ways of getting rid of the villain and coming evert closer to the final battle.
