better beanz
Review of Heinz Reduced Sugar and Salt Baked Beanz by smudge33

Advantages: same great taste
Disadvantages: none i can think off

...Heinz beans are made using navy beans part of the haricot family. The beans are grown Michigan, U.SA.The tomato sauce recipe is a closely guarded secret. Heinz beans are free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives. They do however contain a lot of sugar and salt! An average portion of baked beans will give you 1/5 of your daily protein requirements and 40% of your fibre requirements. beans are also a good source of complex carbohydrate and contain magnesium and prosperous. beans are low in fat and calories. I like Heinz original beans and am not keen on some of the other versions available such as curried beans or chilli flavoured. Heinz also produces organic beans and a version for those following the weight watchers plan. Open a can of Heinz beans and you will notice how thick and rich the tomato sauce is. The beans... Heinz Quality beans
Review of Heinz Baked Beans by damien.gallery

Advantages: Quick to cook, very tasty, filling
Disadvantages: Lots of cheap imitations

...Heinz baked beans are one of the number 1 snack foods you can buy. If you want something that fills you up and leaves you feeling as if you have had a meal this is the one to go for. Heinz is unlike any other brand of beans and their claim to quality is justified. Unlike other brands of beans Heinz beans are well cooked (roasted) and packed in a thick creamy tomatoe sauce. A spoonful of Heinz beans is chewy tasty and packed with flavour. I always enjoyed a tin of beans with toast but with heinz you dont really need anything else. In fact half a tin is enough for a snack. They are packed full of flavour and strength. It only takes 5 minutes from start to finish to get them heated and on your plate. Because of the quality of heinz beans you can use them in otherwise boring meals. They are nice with steak cut chips or a baked potatoe. Also... Read review

BAKED BEANS WHERE WOULD YOU BE WITHOUT EM
Review of Heinz Baked Beans by fromthedarkside

Advantages: Low in Fat, Nice and tasty, nice and saucy!!
Disadvantages: Pircey compared to other brands!

...Hello all! Its me. Ok, now you may have read this opinion before some of you, but that was because it was written by me as anytime03. But sadly tha account had to be terminated. And I've got my old account back as fromthedarkside. So this opinion is one of my previous written opinions. Thanks for reading! Ok, There are many companies who produce baked beans, like Tesco baked beans, or Sainsburys or other companies, but there is one who have beaten all competition, who have been championed the champions of baked beans (Well I think they should), and yes they are the one and only ‘Heinz’. ....((Brief History about Heinz and their baked beans)).... 1928 was the year, when the first British made baked beans came off the line. This was the year, which kicked the era of baked beans in Britain. Beans were around since then... Read review

Beans running in the garden
Review of Runner beans by mumsymary

Advantages: easy to grow
Disadvantages: slugs like them

...Runner beans Phaseolus coccineus Tiss the time to get planting those runner bean seeds. There are many varieties of runner beans with scarlet red or white flowers there are also dwarf beans that do not grow so tall and also French beans. I am going to tell you about runner beans. Runner beans are grown as an annual climber they grow to about 3 metres/10 feet tall. Mine grow well past the top of the canes I have to twine them round they have a spread of about30 cm/ 1 foot. They have flowers red or white which develop into long flat bean pods which can be 25cm /10inches long, the bean pods contain small beans along it. Some varieties have a “string” along the sides of the pods others are stringless, the saves ones save time preparing as the strings have to be removed, its not pleasant to find strings in your beans hard to chew... You've BEAN tangoed.
Review of Branston Baked Beans by kellyann36

Advantages: Nice
Disadvantages: the sauce is not as nice as HP beans

...I first bought Branston baked beans just to try something new when they first came out. Although they were slightly different to the other beans that I used to buy they are still very nice. On appearance the BEANS look very 'ORANGY' compared to the other brands of beans and the sauce is not quite as tomato flavoured. The beans are very soft but nice. It seems strange buying beans from a brand that only normally deals with pickles. The beans are in ORANGE tins with a picture of the beans served in a jacket potato, this is suggesting an idea of what you can do with them. And the brightly coloured tins make them stand out from the other brands. You can buy tins of branston baked beans singally or in packs of four... quite often the packs of four are on offer where you can buy one get one free. The packs of four are also wrapped... Bean a Long Time
Review of Heinz Baked Beans by Borg

Advantages: Cheap, taste good, healthy
Disadvantages: Make you fart?

...Do Beans actually make you fart? Well, I am not scientist and I have not studied this phenomenon in any deep and meaningful way, but if you watch the film 'Blazing Saddles', you might well believe that they do make you fart. Like a trooper - which leads us to the next question: do troopers fart a lot? A good question isn't it. One would assume they do - why would anyone lie about this, and use the term 'farting like a trooper?' All I can say is I am glad I am not a trooper, or that I do not hang around with anyone who IS a trooper. Oh yeah, very glad in deed. And another question: why are over excitable children said to be full of beans? Does over excitement make one fart a lot? Interesting questions and we all deserve interesting answers. Is there anyone out there in Ciao! Land able to come up with anything (the funnier the better... Read review

branston baked beans yum
Review of Branston Baked Beans by lisac1971

Advantages: rich tomatoey sauce
Disadvantages: none

...a friend of mne told me about these beans and said that since she startee buying them she refuses to buy any other brand of baked bean so i decided to buy some and try them for myself upon opening the tin the first thing i noticed was the vibrant colour they seem to be a lot more orangey than your normal every day bean and the sauce was thick and almost creamy too but would they taste as good as they looked?? i have to say they did, they were very pleasant and rich in tomato flavour good enough to eat cold incidentally branston have at the moment got a limited edition baked bean on sale called bransto bloomin big they claim that these beans are 50% bigger than your average baked bean so i bought a tin of those and incredibly they are alot bigger than normal sized beans and taste just as good as your normal branston beans. a 420 g tin... Mr Bean go home...
Review of Bean - The Ultimate Disaster Movie DVD by Simoncook1

Advantages: Some funny scenes..
Disadvantages: Too long, not original, boring at times

...The first signs of a Mr Bean character originated on an old BBC show called 'Not the Nine O'clock News'. Eventually, Rowan Atkinson realized that he had a character which was very funny and built the seried Mr Bean. Mixing slap stick humor, a form of mime (Mr Bean hardly ever talks) and an extremely large amount of bad luck, Mr Bean made most of us giggle as he was served to us in small bits. Like many TV heroes, the inevitable happened. Mr Bean went to Hollywood! Bean travels to LA where he is to guard Whitler's Mother as it moves between the National Art Gallery and a private gallery. We follow Mr Beans exploits as nothing seems to go right for him. In a similar way to the classic Charlie Chaplin, Mr Bean manages to somehow avoid being injured as he winds his way through the movie. Mr Bean is a very funny character... Read review

The Wind From Her Willows
Review of Heinz Baked Beans by reeftank

Advantages: cheap to eat, nutritious, easy to prepare, versatile
Disadvantages: wind, wind, wind

...It is my wife's willowy legs and her love of baked beans that prompted the title of this opinion. You would be quite right to conclude that Mrs. Reeftank has a gas problem especially after eating baked beans. Heinz baked beans are no doubt the best beans going. There are so many advantages to eating baked beans. They can be eaten with a variety of foods, they are good for you, and they are very inexpensive. Last week, I bought a multi-pack of 4 and paid only 99p (on offer, of course) from the local Tesco. My favorite way to eat baked beans is on a slice of golden brown toast with a few drops of Worcestershire sauce. The Worcestershire sauce adds a little zing to the beans but be careful: To much zing can add a sting to your ring and you'll be running for the bog to pebble dash it! This may result in you requiring some linctus... Read review

Where Have You Bean All My Life?
Review of Branston Baked Beans by Suziwann

Advantages: The best tasting beans ever.
Disadvantages: A little more expensive than the conventional beans

...Crosse and Blackwell Branston Baked Beans ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ For years I have been in search of the perfect baked beans and here they are in a 420g orange label tin. You can't miss them in the supermarket. These really are truly superior baked beans. Branston Baked Beans I have to say are the best beans that I have ever tasted. The sauce is thick and very tasty and the beans are large and soft. These beans are suitable for Vegetarians, but you don't have to be one of those to eat them. They cost a little more than another well known brand of bullets but then you do get what you pay for.. In Morrisons they sell at four tins shrink wrapped for £1.40, but in Asda you can get them for 40p less. That is only a special offer though at the moment. The tin opens easily by pull ring. You can heat them on the hob... Read review
