...it is that they taste of but they are delicious. *~2~* My second favourite sweets are Dolly Mixtures, the best ones come from Tesco's and are really cheap but they taste better than the Bassetts ones which I think are gross. They consist of a white piece of sugary sweet and a coloured one with flavourings in either on top of each other or with the coloured when wrapped around the white. You also get little mini jellies and some cubes of very fine sugar coated in hard pink sugary sweet. If you buy them from Woolworths or CineWorld you get really cool bears made of jelly in them. My favourites are the little squares which are delicious but incredibly sugary!! I also love the jellies and particularly jelly bears. ...the air around us, the perfect gift for anyone around. I pick mine about every three days and take a bunch round to my mum, they are her favourite flowers and I hope to keep her in sweet peas until the autumn. As cut flowers, in water, they don't last very long. Two or three days sees the best of them and after the first day the perfume abates and you no longer notice it when entering the room although there is a little left if you get close and smell the bunch. ..., as Pearl (her mother) seems to pick out every flaw about her. Melanie’s father on the other hand is a lot kinder and less critical. Both her parents like rein acting old battles. Melanie’s old feelings for Jake start to harbour again, but when Andrew comes back, her feelings are starting to become all mixed up again. Will Jake and Melanie get together? If so what will happen to Andrew? If Mel and Jake do get together, will they be able to adjust to each others very different life style? Will Mel’s mother stop nit picking, and is there a reason she does? You will have to rent or buy it to see. The acting is one of Sweet Home Alabama’s best points. ...Sweets, i think we all love them - espically us on a diet - they are irresistable and somehow the health warnings don't really bother us when it comes to sugar. Whether it is children are adults we are all tempted all the time by advertising, being offered or just seeing the sugary goodness. Almost all 'sweet' products contain just over 36% of sugar and have more additives than you can shake a stick at! Being the sweet-tooth that i am i thought i'd produce a list of 10 of Phoebe's best sellers. Starting from the bottom! *+*+*+*+*+Number 10+*+*+*+*+* \Milka chocolate/ I have never seen this anywhere in Britain, only in airports. But ever since i started going to France i fell in love with this chocolate. It comes in loads of different styles and is really creamy. I think it is only available within Europe excluding the UK... ...are disappearing. Sersha says.... These remind me of sherbert dibdabs,similar things. I used to always spill the icing sugar stuff all over me when I ate one of these. Nostalgia. Rhubard and Custard ------------------- These boiled hard sweets I find are good to suck on if you are on a long journey they do not disappear in seconds but slowly dissolve as you eat them. The wonderful reddish-pink is the rhubard, matched with the yellow creamy custard. They can be purchased at approxiametly 45p per 100g. I find these easier to obtain from the shops and they can be found in tesco's boiled selection packs as well. Sersha says............. One of the best things about these is that they last for ages- a good sook! Haven't seen them for ages but remember buying them and finding they's all stuck to the paper bag so you had to suck the paper... Read review

I give these 10/10 ~~~Jelly Belly Jelly Beans~~~ The are the best non chocolate sweet thing around, they come in so many flavours (39 + at last count) and you are bound to find a couple that you are unable to resist, my favourites are Strawberry daiquiri, coconut and cinnamon. I do not let my children eat these as they are all mine, I believe they are only 2 or 3 calories per bean and they are all made with natural flavourings and taste so good, I want some now!! The best thing is when you mix the beans in your mouth you can make chocolate cherry pie with chocolate pudding flavour and a cherry one. If you haven't tried them what are you waiting for? ...Oooooo fizzy circles of sugar in a fruity flavour. Not much can be said about these classic sweets that have lasted as long as I can remember. They are just a pure hit of sugar that no hyperactive kid should not be without, or every parents nightmare. 6 – Sherbet Dip Dab Just the pleasure of dipping the lolly into the sherbet made this treat a must for all kids I ever grew up with, and some adults still. The fizz of the sherbet on your tongue and the anticipation of eating the lolly at the end was all the fun of this treat. The only problem was when you spilled the sherbet accidentally over yourself and you end up looking like a frosted cake ornament. For about 30p these can still be bought and a trip down memory lane is a must. 5 – Jelly Babies I bet you bite the head off first… This is the best way to eat them... Read review

...You cannot fail to have seen the advertising for the new Walkers Great British Takeaways range - it's everywhere, as are the products which seem to be on special offer just about everywhere I go at the moment! I am not normally much of a fan of Walkers Crisps (too fatty and all a bit samey really) but for some reason I was a bit peckish on the way back from work last night and succumbed to temptation in the form of a bag of the Sweet & Sour flavour. I am not sure why I chose this over the other two new flavours (the Chinese Spare Rib and the Chicken Tikka Masala) because as a general rule I prefer Indian food to Chinese and have never been much of a fan of sweet and sour sauce. On the back of the packet, it goes into further detail about the crisps. ...Sweet Peas are one of the most easily grown climer and given the right circumstances can produce splendorous results. I have gained the best results from the seeds I have purchased from Wilko's, any thing from 39p per packet up over! My favourite's at the moment are Spencer Wave, produceing large frilly white blooms on a long stem, excellent in cut flower displays. The variety of sweet peas on the market is outstanding, a great selection of scents shapes sizes and colours are now available with new varieties becomming more readily available. Sweet peas ned some sort of support to climb up, in either the form of a wig wam or perhaps a trellis of some sort. Don't be afraid to use your imagination when it come to sweet peas.
