The lid is quite a strong plastic and doesn?t seem easily breakable, and it fastens securely so it should be fine for taking travelling with you. ...As a fan of the original E.A eight hour cream (the pink gel) I tried this body cream with interest. It has a very similar slightly lemony scent but is not as strong as the pink all purpose gel. It goes on very easily and leaves the skin feeling very soft and moisturized and hydrated and leaves a slight scent on the skin. the tube is a handy size to take on holiday and would be very good to sooth skin after being in the sun. Advantages: Super fast-absorbing and moisturizing without being greasy
Disadvantages: The cream is perfume scented which might make it non unisex.

It is a godsend if you want super-soft, super-moisturized skin without the grease-effect or feeling like the product is ?sitting? on the skin and for this reason I love using it on my face as well as my body. ...Continuing with my reviews of The Body Shop products, this is another great product - Aloe Soothing Day Cream. ~~First Impressions~~ As this is another member of the Aloe Vera collection, it has the trademark pale green colours on the packaging. The actual container itself is a small green plastic tub with a screw on/off lid. There is also a small plastic cover over the moisturiser when you buy it, however I found this a bit fussy to keep taking off and therefore put this in the bin - after I had taken all the cream off it! I have had this hand and nail cream for months and months in my kitchen next to the sink , I use it when my hands are feeling dry and in need of some extra moisture . FCUK Polished Body Cream: A smoothing body cream.

Advantages: Great pot,nice colour product, applies well and sinks in fast, leaves my skin soft.
Disadvantages: The scent can be overpowering.

Once removed I can see the 'whipped bodycream' within and it is a very light coffee coloured cream. I am immediately hit by the scent of this cream as soon as I open the pot and it is a fairly nice scent which I think is predominantly the almond oil and the added vanilla. It is very nice but I think too much of this is a little overpowering.
