...! Beautifully animated, with voiceovers from the likes of Johny Depp, Helena Bonham Carter, Emily Watson, Christopher Lee, Albert Finney, Joana Lumley...just to name a few! The collector edition DVD set comes with a 8 postcard set, and a beautifully illustrated book 'Tim Burtons Corpse Bride: the illustrated story' which includes original story boads. This is a must have for all Corpse bride and Tim Burton fans! The book is just under 100 pages, in full colour...well illustrated with original storeyboards..and images from the actual film. The book tells the story of the movie, including much of the dialogue and many of the lyrics to the songs in the movie. ...I got into this show quite by accident, and soon got hooked. I think it was a segment on a collector of old tin toys. I was fascinated and sat down to watch. Basically there are 2 or 3 segments to a show, and each one visits somebody who collects certain things - and this means all sorts. From maybe glass jars, to penguins, Disney memorabilia to Fabergé eggs, cloisonné broaches to china pigs. If somebody feels passionately enough about an item to bother to take the time to collect it, that person might well end up as the topic of a "Collector's Lot" segment. It's interesting hearing people tell how they came to take up their hobby, which items have the most history to them, which is the most valuable, etc. You can learn a lot, and some of the things will surprise you. ...As a big fan of Jerry Bruckheimer and Johnny Depp this was a must see for me and I was not disappointed. This is a two disc collectors edition as the title states. Of course on the first disc you get the excellent movie staring Johny Depp, Orlando Bloom, Kiera Knightly and Geoffery Rush. A thrilling pirate adventure of lost gold, sword play and romance on the high seas. Along with Lee Arenberg and Mackenzie Crook (of the show The Office) providing some of the comedy. On this disc you also get a few extra features such as audio commentaries from the cast and filmakers. A very intersting part for the set but it is disc two that really makes this a must for collectors . On disc two you get loads of bonus material. ...specially made for the collector’s edition detailing how the films were made. The booklet comes complete with pictures but in all honesty takes about ten minutes to flick through. Overall I cannot recommend the Die Hard Trilogy enough. Presented in 5.1 Dolby surround sound it sounds amazing, and all three of them look fantastic too! All three are genuinely exciting, keeping you on the edge of your seat right until the last moment. All in all these are an absolute classic and seriously worth the money! Well done 20th Century Fox for producing such a good box set.... Read review
