...Perfect Day was the second debut album to be released by German Dance Group Cascada in 2007 approximately a year after the release of their first debut album Every Time We Touch. The album perfect day consists of 13 full length music tracks which gives this album a total run time of approximately 44 minutes. The Dance Group Cascada consists of three members whom are Natalie Horler, and her producers Yanou and DJ Manian, however most people will associate the band Cascada with only female vocalist Natalie. This album in my opinion is slightly the same as other full length Dance/Electronic albums which are on the market at the moment. The similarities are of course in the use of strong bass lines in the tracks as well as a fast tempo and very minimal melody at the beginning of the songs. A training day to remember

Advantages: Terrific acting, great plot, dark, compelling but intelligent
Disadvantages: Cop films might not suit all

...Training Day was a film that instantly stood out to me as a must watch film due through the fact that Denzel Washington had been nominated for an Oscar for his performance in the film. Having always admired Denzel's talent as an actor, I was greatly anticipating this film. The Greatest Days of Green

Advantages: Some terrific tracks are included in this collection.
Disadvantages: The two new tracks recorded for this release are not very good.

The guitar riffs are always excellent and the vocals of Billie Joe Armstrong come through sensationally well. 'Dookie' is not my favourite Green Day album, it does however feature a number of excellent tracks and those that are featured here are all well worth listening to I feel. 'J.A.R. (Jason Andrew Relva)' is included here which featured in the Patrick Read Johnson directed 1995 film 'Angus'. ...Groundhog Day reunites two of the great cast from "Ghostbusters", Harold Ramis and Bill Murray. This time Harold takes the directors chair and helms this gem of a film. Bill Murray plays Phil Connors, a weatherman who is sent to cover a story in Punxsutawney, where a groundhog is said to predict the weather. He gets snowed in and so has to stay the night, but when he wakes up, he finds out he has to re-live the same day over and over again. Everyone else seems to be unaffected except him and he doesn't know why. It's a very original story, and quite far reaching as well, the phrase "Groundhog Day" is now used to mean a sense of Deja Vu, a sense that you've done certain things before. ...'Welcome to Paradise' was originally included on the bands 1992 album 'Kerplunk', however was rerecorded for the 'Dookie' album and is one that I feel has been pulled off incredibly well here. It is one of my favourite Green Day tracks and every time I listen to this one I smile. The vocals are strong, the chorus is excellent, and the guitars shine through magnificently as the band smash this one out with great attitude and a huge level of excitement. The band sound so full of life and energy here, this is in my opinion Green Day at their very best. 'She' is another of my favourites from this album. It is a well written track and once more shows the band at their best I feel. It's quite soft in sound but the lyrics are hard hitting and it works extremely well at the centre of this album I feel.
