...Giants den Huge warehouse on the easily found Team Valley trading Estate, this has been opened a few years now, and is usually busy?one of those places to go to when it's raining and you need something to amuse the kids. The whole area is divided into sections for under 2s, which is basically ball pools and Little vehicles to drive in a specially enclosed area, an area for under 5s, which is more of the same but with some slides and climbing frames added, and then there is the real "I am" things. These include a giant slide 3 storey climbing frame, as many nets and tunnels as you can negotiate, basketball area (there are coaching nights), PS2 and x box areas complete with some of the latest games and a mini village with small road system. Will you make it out of the Dragons' Den with your dignity intact

Advantages: Great show, variety of judges with different personalities, great presenting and narration.
Disadvantages: None

...Dragons Den is shown on BBC2 and has five judges who are Theo Paphitis, James Caan, Deborah Meaden, Peter Jones & Duncan Bannatyne who between them are worth over 1 billion pounds. The show is hosted by Evan Davis. The concept of the show is very well thought out but also quite simple. Entrepreneurs will enter the Dragons Den, have a quick chat with Evan Davis to explain what they are producing or what their idea is and then they will be sent through to the Dragons' Den. They will pitch their product or service to the Dragons and then they will ask for a certain amount of cash for a percentage stake in their company. A den on top of the climbing frame

Advantages: good fun
Disadvantages: none

...at the top. These are useful as you can fit ladders /bridges to the climbing frame through these doors .There is one oval transparent window. This tent is not very easy to fit the climbing frame has to be dismantled to fit it. The tent has a seam at the bottom of it. This threads through the rungs of the bars of the climbing frame at the same level as the platform. This may be fiddly time consuming if you keep taking the den/tent on and off but my grandkids just leave their tent on all the time. Disadvantages: Expensive unless you buy a book of 5 or ten visits in advance

...We don't live near the Giant's Den, but we do find ourselves, with the kids, at the Team valley retail park from time to time. Shopping's no fun to 4 youngsters, so one afternoon, we decided to treat them to softplay. We have been to numerous softplay sessions over the past 6 years, and Giant's Den is there at the top for us. It's huge, with lots of different zones for different ages and activities. ...Many TV shows start to lose their appeal after several series but Dragon's Den has recently finished its seventh series and every episode is every bit as enjoyable as the last. In fact, this show is probably my favourite programme as it continues to entertain, amuse and enthrall me week after week. Dragon's Den is generally shown on BBC2 and previous series are almost constantly repeated over on Dave, so anybody who hasn't yet fallen in love with the series can see what they've been missing. The concept of the show is, as with most successful programmes, very simple but totally engaging. Beware the Dragons bite, Brilliant

...The combination of these people together is really good they are all so different and it really works as sometimes they argue with each other or try and manipulate different people or situations. My first review for a while. I love this programme its just brilliant and well worth watching. What's it all about? The idea is that that there is usually a panel of 5 self made millionaires waiting with their own money to invest in new businesses, ideas, inventions, concepts. You name it and they will listen to any idea from sheer brilliance to madness. People are invited to come into the Dragons Den to pitch whatever they want to the Dragons and they are looking for a cash investment for a stake in their business. The format is very simple, you have a product or idea that you aim to sell to 'The Dragons' - a collective of successful British Business People and if they like it they will invest in it, but you have to make at least what you have asked for to get the cash (which sits in piles by their chairs teasing you!). Quite often, people come into the show and ask for a hundred thousand pounds for ten percent of the business...and leave with their hundred thousand, but with fifty percent of their business sold as an example. Breathing fire and pound notes

...Dragons Den is a programme which can be found on BBC2 on a Monday night and lasts for one hour starting at 21.00. It is also repeated on Tuesday at 19.00 if you miss the Monday show. You can also catch repeats of past episodes on cable channel Dave. The show is currently in its fifth series. It can be categorised as reality TV however it bears no resemblance to the Big Bovver I'm a Z lister get me out of here Factor style programme as the vast majority of people in the show actually have a brain although when you see some of the business ideas and products you do wonder some times.
