Advantages: genius
Disadvantages: little variety between songs (but if it aint broke dont fix it)

...If you have never heard of The Living End, please sit tight as I introduce you to one of the most talented rock bands I have ever heard. The Living End (a 3-piece from Australia) are refreshing as unlike so many bands these days the focus really does seem to be on the music. There are strong guitar parts and bass lines you can actually hear (the bass player plays a double bass rather than a bass guitar) on every song, and pure instrumental tracks that don’t just sound like a token afterthought. They really are fantastic musicians who don’t need to hide behind pretty, thoughtful lyrics, although they do have some great lyrics as well. The lead singer finds his voice somewhere between singing and shouting, masculine without being noisy and hurting your head. It seems to me like this is a band who actually have something to say... It's the end!...of England!
Review of Lands End - Cornwall by leofluffy69

Advantages: beautiful part of the country, superb views and great history
Disadvantages: quite far to travel

...Last year we found out that the Doctor Who exhibition would be at Lands End for several months. My partner is a huge Doctor Who fan and really wanted to visit the exhibition. I remember visiting as a child but thought it would be great to visit again. It seems like a very long way to go but is definitely worth the long drive. ***LANDS END*** Lands End is situated on the tip of the Penwith Peninsula. It is the most westerly point of Cornwall well the UK. In Cornish Lands End is known as Penn an Wlas which means 'End of the Land'. Lands End is subject to many tales of mythology and tradition.
