Advantages: fantastic action and adventure scenes, superb special effects, the last hour is fantastic
Disadvantages: start is confusing, odd and longer than it needs to be, overall too long

...Pirates of the Caribbean : At worlds end is (hopefully) the final installment of this series, although based on the money its made don't be surprised if another does turn up. Firstly i would suggest watching the previous one before going to watch this, because they continue on from each other, and if you don't you'll end up spending the first 20 minutes trying to remember what had happened in the first. Some of the key points to remember from the previous episode (dead mans chest) are that at the end Captain Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp) went down with his ship and is now spending the rest of eternity in Davey Jones' locker (he's the weird guy with the tenticles on his face), Will Turner (Orlando Bloom) believes that his love Elizabeth Swann (kiera knightley) is in love with jack after seeing them kiss. Square Enix is a Japanese games company responsible for one of the world's most popular video games series "Final Fantasy" and the recent "Kingdom Hearts" and the team that worked on kingdom hearts worked on the completion of The World Ends with you (TWEWY). As with most games in the square Enix catalogue TWEWY is an action RPG game, with strong puzzle elements relying heavily on an intensive story line. Advantages: Farrell's performance, interesting characters.
Disadvantages: Feels too short, lacking something.

...'s a stunning performance. Bobby is layered with so many nuances that we have no real idea where to begin when looking at him. There are so many elements to his character that we will never understand, yet Farrell makes us feel comfortable with him, something that is no mean feat. A Home At The End Of The World is flawed though, but in an annoying way. I can't really specify where I thought the film didn't work, just that by the end, I was left with an overall feeling of emptiness. It felt like we hadn't seen the whole story, that there was so much more to be offered, but we are pulled away early. This may be intentional, but I would have welcome any more time that could have been spent with these characters. The way the film is constructed is solid, but not exceptional.
