...The Entertainment section of Ciao is probably the one I use most, being very keen on both reading and writing opinions in this category. It has quite a wide brief, as it includes eight main sections - Films, Books, Music, TV, Radio, DVDs, Videos, Newspapers and Magazines. Each of these then has a number of sub-categories, meaning that hopefully, everyone can find something of interest. For example, the Books category is divided into Fiction, Non-Fiction, Plays, Poetry and Writer's Corner. The first four are fairly obvious in their content, but the Writer's Corner was new to me and being a wannabe novelist and sometime poet, I was interested to explore this further. Entertain to Entertain

Advantages: Well maintained and plenty of good ops available
Disadvantages: Some glaring omissions in the books category

Entertain yourself at Ciao

...Slap me on the head and scrutinise my eyes, I'm in a mood of the inane kind. Having said that, or rather typed it, I'm here to give ciaoers the low down on the entertainment section, yesireee! Entertaining category to write for

Advantages: Huge number of products, great variety in styles of writing, constant evolution of products, competitions regularly
Disadvantages: Opinions don't always agree with yours

...Entertainment has to be one of my specialist subjects on ciao. I have always been a great fan of TV, Film and Music especially, since I write my own plays and music and watch as many films as possible. Since there is so much available in the entertainment area on ciao, and there is such a wide variety of things to read and write about, it's a category that I often find myself visiting, to catch up with what I've missed and any new releases (or old ones) from bands that I like the sound of, and, of course, those I don't. I find Ciao extremely detailed and easy to use all over, not least in this region. There is so much to see across the region, covering Books, soundtracks and music retailers, to CDs, DVDs, gigs and TV shows. ...The entertainment section is by my reckoning the second most popular section on CIAO. Behind the internet section it is what I consider the best section! The section is split up into the following sections: Books DVD's Films Music Radio TV Videos Newspapers and magazines. the HP Pavilion entertainment.

Advantages: great entertainment laptop

...This laptop is the HP Pavilion dv9820ea Entertainment. The Hp Pavilion models are made mainly for gaiming, watching movies on and various other entertainment needs whilst not compromising the ability to od serious work on these as well. One thing that is compromised though is the portability, entertainment laptops are made to keep at home and not really to carry about with you all the time, so whilst the specification may look good, don?t expect one of these to be very portable. The Pavilion dv9820ea combines two colours, silver and black in order to make it look very up to date and futuristic even. It appears nice and rounded, and its shell makes the laptop feel very stable and robust. The installed ram on this laptop is great, it has a massive 3gb which is the main reason this laptop runs so fast, also the AMD Turion 64 X2 mobile...

Advantages: keeps child amused for hours
Disadvantages: takes up a lot of space

...which is on a spring and is protected by a plastic bubble (when entertainer is rocking it makes the crab bounce around ) A orange star which lights up and plays twinkle twinkle little star . A green snake thing with orange and blue rings and a orange tail which can be moved from side to side A hole in which some bottles fit into and a space which is like a tray Storage ....... This can be easily dismantled but who wants to keep building it up every time you want to put baby in . It does take up a lot of storage space Cleaning ......... The seat comes off and can be washed and the toys and the rest of the toy can be very easily wiped clean. I think this is great for a baby 4 months onwards as long as they can hold there head up on there own its very like a baby walker but much safer for 4 month...

Advantages: fun to watch
Disadvantages: not sport

...What a shame that this has found its way into the sport section, when it is enterttainment. It is even classed as entertainment by the IRS altho' this was mainly for the lower taxation involved. If it is viewed not as a sport but as something to enjoy there is no harm in it and to be honest the skill of the actors is breathtaking at times. If you are not sure what i mean ask a friend to stand in the middle of a large room then run into him as fast as you can. The result will probably need hospital treatment, but these 20 stone plus wrestlers do it all the time and not only walk away but keep moving and that is where you have to marvel at the timing involved. I don't watch often but when i do i never ceased to be amazed at the lack of serious injuries involved....

My Son Loves This Entertainer

Advantages: It has lots of activites for your child and lasts right up to your child being three.
Disadvantages: n/a

..., including the book which you can change so the pictures are more suitable for the older child and the the plastic bar and rings which can be converted to allow your child actually take the rings off and change them around. The entertainment center is designed to last until your child is three years old which is another advantage over a baby walker which can only be used until a child is around 20 to 22 pounds in weight. My baby is 10 months old we have had this since he was about 4 months old. He absolutely loves playing in it and it is used more frequently than many of his other toys. Matthew likes to stand rather than sit so this is great for him because he obviously cannot stand on his own yet, he also likes the freedom it gives him to move the seat around and play with a different toy. ...widespread remark 'Mind your grammar, spelling and punctuation' makes me cry. Why do so many writers not follow this advice? It's not that the English language is the most difficult on the planet, it can be learnt, believe me. When you've come to the end of your op, don't finish abruptly, a conclusive sentence rounds it off. State again your appraisal or damnation, if you've argued logically the reader will now understand your point of view. Btw, a hatchet job can make for an entertaining read. When you've followed me up to here, you may think 'This is just another piece of blabla and grey theory as all the other ops on the same subject'.
