...Dark circles are my biggest complexion problem - no matter what I do, whether it's more sleep, more water, eye creams, they don't seem to budge. Having tried numerous eye creams in the past, I'd not been convinced that they really did anything to help shift the circles, but when I began to suffer from tiny patches of dry skin under my eye last month, I knew it was time to invest in an eye cream pretty sharpish! All about eyes

Advantages: Calms and Nourishes

...Clinique say that this eye cream will 'Diminish the look of undereye circles, shadows, puffs and fine lines - immediately and over time.' I agree - this product is excellent. I use it twice daily after cleansing, toning and moisturizing and before applying my make up and I always notice the difference when I haven't used it. Without it my skin feels far tighter and dryer. After it has been applied my eyelids feel instantly soothed and nourished, just like Clinique say they will. As promised, within days of its first use, my undereye circles ARE reduced and shadows and puffs ARE soothed and diminished. I have seen a definate improvement in my skin tone. ...I was on a business trip to Geneva earlier this year and was wandering about the airport before flying home, well wandering round the whole two shops they have, and decided to treat myself to something from the duty free. I walked past the alcohol and I already had my cigerettes and came accross the Clinique stand. So many people have raved about Clinique products so I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to try one out. Advantages: A great help for puffy eyes.

...A mid life crisis ? - when you wake up in the mornings, take a look in the mirror and discover that you have eyes that look like arrow slits due to water retention then that is a crisis in my books. I never had any problems with puffy eyes until I entered my fifties and then it started with a vengeance. There is nothing that you can do, you just have to wait until the slight swelling starts to disappear but if you have planned to go out early and are waiting to put your make up on it can be a hindrance. There are not many of the Body Shop products that I would pass on, the products are natural and they are not tested on animals. ...I bought this eye cream (£20) because I'd heard so much about it from a friend and needed something to depuff my eyes after endless nights of revision for exams! The packaging is really cute;-pink see-thru tub with a nice silver screw-on lid. It's the same design as the Anti-Gravity eye cream (see my op) and they're both great for carting off on holiday with you. As I said the Anti-Gravity eye cream was suitable for night-time, this is the day-time version. It's light-weight gel/cream formula. When I first tried this I noticed that it immediately sunk into my skin and left a really velvety effect, making my tired eye area feel lovely! It's basically a version of the Estee Lauder Idealist for your eyes (which I'm obsessed with!). I can't actually emphasise the softness this leaves on your skin! It makes a great day eye cream...

...With having a 6 month old baby boy who keeps me up all night, I needed a quick fix to lighten up my face, without the tons of make up. Seeing as though my main problem area is dark circles and puffiness around my eyes I decided to give Clinique All About The Eyes a go. At £20 for 15ml I did feel it was rather expensive but I had heard great reviews about it from friends and in magazines. So I took my tiny pot home and began to use it. So what does it promise to do? ...I have been using Clinique's All About Eyes for the past month now and I find it amazing! Unfortunately I am currently confined to a test 5ml sample pot of it so Im rationing it and saving the pennies for a proper pot of it of my own! 15ml cost around £17-£19 and a 30ml costs £30 approx. It is very expensive but I think this is a cetegory where more expensive gets better quality and results. Treat yourself or ask for this for birthdays or christmases. My gran has been asking for Clinique make-up and lotions for as many christmases and birthdays of hers that I can remember. She's always believed that is an area where you're alowed to spend.
