I dug out my trusty self-heating mud mask from the Natural Collection at Boots but I only had a tiny bit left. My mum was going shopping anyway yesterday, so I sent her to Boots to pick up a tube for me, but being my mother, she had decided that self-heating ones weren't good for the skin and bought me one from Superdrug! There are a few different versions, but I got the sensitive version. It comes in a plain white tube with MASK written vertically across it, in big turquoise letters. It does look slightly cheap, but for £1.59, what do you expect? PRODUCT The face mask that I have purchased is from Avon's Naturals range and is a Tea Tree peel off mask. The tube contains 75ml and retails for about £3.50. Clear skin with Boots tea & Witch Hazel peel off face mask!!!!!

Advantages: cheap! clears spots!
Disadvantages: can't use in the bath as timesaver.

..., and smooth and a lot less greasy than it usually fells, I was quite impressed. You are only meant to use it occassionaly but as my skin was so bad I used it for about four days in a row and it seemed to make my spots go quicker than they usually would, as well as making my skin look healthier and giving it more of a glow! (I however would not recommend you go against the recommended use on the back of the package in case of long term damage to your skin-i.e. more wrinkles!) I was especially happy about this product as it seems to be made for greasy skin so leaves skin dryer, unlike so clay or other masks. Also you don't have the hassle of washing annoying bits of wet mask off of your face as it peels off so easily! It came in incredibly handy when my sister got married as I was chief bridesmaid and had a horrible outbreak a week before...

...I love this mask. I use it a lot. At first you have to apply it right otherwise it doesn't peel off easily. You just mix with water and make the mixture into a smooth paste and then apply onto your face. I leave it for 10-15 minutes and then just peel off. I use quite a thick layer so the mask peels off easily and then just wip my face with a towel and fresh water. The mask refreshes my skin and tones as well. I really feel the minerals in the mask working and I always think my skin looks brighter when I use this mask. It cleans and moisturises and I use it about once a week. The 100ml pot, a squashed cylindrical shape, is peppermint green in colour with a black lid. The instructions for use can be found on the underside of the pot. I tend to have to be cautious with products like this, as I can get dry skin on my face at times and was wary about what this product could do to me. However, since I have tried the 'Superdrug Tea Tree Face Wash' and was able to survive the entire bottle, I had a lot of faith in this mask product. It was a bit of an adventure, as I have never used peel-off mask before. I always have to wash my clay mask off my face and it can get really messy, so I was intrigued by this product. I don't think you can find many peel-off mask around these days...
