Advantages: Comfy, great price, well designed, easy to walk in
Disadvantages: None that I have found
...I decided to invest in something new and seeing as all the trainers that I were looking at in the sports shops were quite expensive I decided to look elsewhere and when on a trip at my local shopping centre I was in the large Asda store and found myself looking at the George section and this is where I spotted the Ballerina Sports shoe and to make it better, I then spotted the price...

A family friendy Health club
Advantages: Family friendly, plenty to do
Disadvantages: Can be busy at certain times
...out where children were allowed to sit and also mentioned about children not being permitted in the club after 8pm in the evening!
We then saw the gym where it was explained about the gym induction and about how best to use the facilities according to when we had time so that maybe we wouldn't come at peak times.
We then put on little blue bag over our shoes and were shown the swimming...

Advantages: Super comfy, quite versatile, cheap, long lasting
Disadvantages: Only one colour option available at once
